I received a call from my GP to say I needed a blood pressure monitor fitted. A referral was made and within 24 hours I received a phone call from Woodhall Farm Pharmacy and an appointment was arranged. During my visit the procedure was explained thoroughly and I found the staff very friendly. I returned 24 hours later to have the monitor removed. The Pharmacist took the time to go through my readings with me.

The young pharmacist is nice while the older pharmacist is terrible. A great experience with the former but turns out to be an awful experience with the old pharmacist every time. Just ruins all the efforts from others
Just had my Covid vaccination at Woodhall Pharmacy. Excellent service from initial contact to vaccination. Very caring and informative.
The owner is rude,they never answer the phone. When you do et through. They are very rude . You get told to stop making unnecessary, calls they are to busy. This person is not customer, friendly person. And should not be running this store. Find some one who is polite and always willing to help.
Great staff, who helped me as much they could. I am a resident in Scotland who forgot one medication. The gentlemen in store was so supportive and guided me on how they could provide me with medication needed (as only by prescription only). Definitely recommend this pharmacy to anybody who needs guidance & help. Thank you so much
Couldn't be happier. One of the better pharmacies I've been to. They get things ready very quickly and are extremely efficient and professional. Never had any rudeness - staff always helpful.
I have reported this pharmacy to the ombudsman absolutely diabolical. There is something definitely dodgy going here at this pharmacy, from not filling prescriptions that need to be ordered in because apparently they don't know who needs what when!!!! If my doctor has sent you my prescription ion then it would mean that i need it now, no? to saying prescriptions have been filled and collected when you haven't even been there! The staff are all over the place and no one knows what is happening when you ask where 'your' medication is. If you can go else where to for your prescription then please do!
This pharmacy has gone downhill, fast!! Used to be well run, but now, they tell you to come back in 20 mins for a prescription that is apparently ready! Getting as bad as Bennetts End pharmacy, and that's poor.
