They have always come good for me. No matter how little notice I've given them. I once put my car elsewhere for an M. O. T. Due to time restraints. Never regretted anything more. Went back to them after a crazy high quote and they sorted me for 300 less. Recently had a cold start problem, they advised me before each thing they tried, and it seems my engine management system has adjusted like we hoped it would. They don't give false hope they told me it straight, and they under charged me if anything.

These guys are definitely outstanding. Whilst on holiday 10 days ago our car lost a cylinder coil enroute to Totnes. We limped into this garage unannounced (another garage opposite was unhelpfully closed on a Friday) at about 11h00. The mechanic ran a computer check on the spot, diagnosed the problem, quoted the cost, and said he'd have it repaired and ready by 13h00. True to his word, we had a text within a couple of hours, and the car is running perfectly and got us the 300 miles back home with no problems. We encountered only courtesy, professionalism, plus a willingness to oblige and deal instantly with the unexpected customer, as well as a lot of really useful advice for the future when it comes to eventually replacing our 12 year old car. We are immensely grateful. Thanks guys.

I had a turbo problem on astra 1.7cdti so can't drive the car ! I contacted woodford and although very busy sorted me out with new turbo etc in one day and good price what a great garage don't find many honest people like this !!

These guys are so lovely, genuine, and honest. They will take you through the whole process, what needs doing, why, and how much it'll cost. Only once you've agreed a plan, will they do whats agreed. I have been going here for 2 years with 2 cars and the biil has come in less than the quote on more occasions than not.
