Had a really terrible experience here . Ive been at this surgery for over 20 years and the last two appointments have been shockingly bad. Zero level of basic communication and care. The Dentist was unhelpful on many levels and wasted one appointment by not even carrying out any routine care. Ive always received excellent dentistry here and the new Dentists have got worse and worse, its a shame.The Dentist I saw was extremely dismissive and the filling he did was raised and shoddy. Very poor service.
Huge thanks to Dr Qureshi who dealt with my front teeth so professionally and effectively - and great value for money too! I feel like a new man!
I have been going to this Dental Centre for a few years now and Carl my Dentist has worked wonders on my teeth. I admittedly don't look after them aswell as I should and as a result have needed treatment on several of my teeth. In the past I have been to Dentists who have given me the lecture on tooth care and made me feel uncomfortable about going for appointments. Carl and team however are helpful respectful and non judgemental concentrating on what needs to be done. Carl will always give you choices as to what treatment you need and will always try to save a tooth if it is possible. He explains things in a simple manner so you understand what is going to happen. His work is first class and my teeth are now as a result in good shape and pain free.
I am really fortunate to have Carl and team as my Dental team and can't thank them enough for their work.
I would also like to mention the reception team who are always pleasant and efficient in booking my appointments for me and notifying me of when I have an appointment.
I cannot recommend Carl and team enough to anyone in need of dental care.

We have been with this dentist for nearly 15 years. Although we changed address and it was so far we was still coming but since couple years they have employed very unprofessional dentists who are just wasting your time, keep delaying every procedure to another appointment. This year as a family we left the dentist. I myself work in healthcare too but even if its an emergency don’t waste your time with this dentist , they are no help !!!!
If you don't mind being cancelled from their register, when you are not seen as a cash-cow for this practice go ahead. Otherwise, choose a practice that treats their long-term patients (over 20 years) with care, dignity, respect and focus on the care of their patients rather than how much money can be earned from them!
Just got home after a visit today to remove two sets of Roots that had remained after the teeth had broken away. ( Broken teeth nothing to do with this practice )
The young lady Dentist upstairs removed both sets of roots with no pain or discomfort in a matter of 5 or 6 minutes

Breda the receptionist nurse is extremely professional and very helpful to people who first walk in she always has time for the patients waiting, i experienced first hand today how helpful this wonderful lady was and i can say that she is testament to the highest caliber of customer interaction. i cannot praise her enough thank you for your help.
You can't get a better dentist than Dr Rai, he explains the procedure thoroughly, explains after care and seems like he's genuinely interested in your care. I'm currently healing from a particularly difficult molar removal which went and continues to go without a hitch.
