Just can't help giving my 5-star rating to this pharmacy. All staff are 100% helpful and care each customer. Being a new immigrant, I was impressed by their professional service, particularly Mike who has helped a lot for giving professional opinion and helped for NHS medication prescription issues which is definitely critical for us. This pharmacy is 100% recommended!
Excellent service, very customer focused. Medication always on time. I even got a phone call when I started a new medication to check how I was adapting to it. Jay is such a great guy, always there to serve his customers.
I have been using Woodbridge Pharmacy (Next to Co-op) for many years and cannot fault their service. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I became a regular user when I developed gestational diabetes during my pregnancy. The staff were so helpful with my frequent panics about insulin pens, needles etc.
I've continued using Woodbridge and am always amazed they they even remember my name. Even my COVID booster was a good experience, with minimal pain (and that's praise indeed from a nurse!). I would recommend them to everyone.

We moved to this Pharmacy after months of stress with prescriptions never being ready at our last pharmacy and they were always so disorganised. Since moving here I no longer have any stress associated with trying to get prescriptions for our family and I am no longer waiting weeks and having to chase things. All of the staff at Woodbridge pharmacy are so helpful with any enquiries and so organised, I find my prescriptions are ready within a couple of days. We are always greeted with a friendly manner and smile. Thanks so much for making life less stressful .
