Rude! ill mannered dentist. So condescending, every time I leave I have a bad taste in my mouth(no pun intended) avoid at all costs. I’m off to find a nice, friendly dentist that my children won’t fear seeing.
Absolutely brilliant dentist!
I'm a new patient with this practice, and the process of registering and getting an initial consultation/appointment was very easy.
After a bad dismissive experience with another dentist, Dr Moradi was nothing but patient and listened to my concerns. The price options for my treatment were clear and good value for money. Dr Moradi offers a lovely personal but professional service and provided great advice on my dental care.
The receptionist and dental assist were also lovely and made it a joy to attend this practice!

The dentist Miss Moradi is so incredibly lovely. I was so scared and feeling very sensitive about my treatment, she was so kind and understanding and made me laugh a lot. The receptionist is also very kind and friendly. Thank you for supporting me to have a good experience! The best dentist I have ever had.

Longer Read: How they do what they do with just one dentist (Maria) and a dedicated small staff team is quite astonishing!
There is a real care in the work that they do - and it's hard to write a 5 star review about a dental surgery because it doesn't make you feel the same way as going to disney land or visiting your favourite restaurant.
I'm a recent patient, returning to the dentist after a long sabbatical - Immediately, my nerves were put at ease.
Yesterday, I went in with a bit of an emergency - Was fitted in between patients and Maria managed to make great use of the time by doing a filling I needed while my mouth was numb.
Today - there was an unexpected courtesy call to make sure I was feeling ok.

Updated review - the systems have improved greatly and Maria (dentist) is very good. She is honest and tells you how it is which I really appreciate. Highly recommend this dental practice.
Wonderful dentist surgery all staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Very patient with children. Very lucky to have them on my door step. My son toddler finally opened his mouth them to allow Anna to look at his teeth after a few appointments because he had refused. Due to their patience and making him feel happy when there Success.
Receptionist can work on her customer service skills. Maybe a training course is needed. The dentist surgery needs to be updated with text or email confirmations. Also the dentist herself quite dull and ill mannered. No introduction, no smile, no feedback on the kids teeth just a blank stare back... yes or no to the filling?. Rude. Reconsider joining.
Rude receptionist, whingey dentist, constantly complaining about spending costs, does everything possible to avoid giving anaesthesia (of course to avoid costs). Made me do cleaning without it! Very painful experience! Shoddy and unprofessional. Surreal experience for a medical practice
