The stylist Erica went in on her day off to do my hair. She was wonderful to be around and my hair came out perfect
I am from Texas and had a lady do my extensions there. Was needing them moved up and went to Wonderland. I saw Gabby. And let me just tell you. Complete honesty is what I got! And I am so so so thankful for that!! She redid all my extensions and made the best outta the horrible situation I had done back in Texas! I went back today and had all the old extensions removed and a new set placed and she complete rocked it!! Thank you Gabby so so much!!
Amanda is amazing! I have naturally dark dark hair and she has gotten me to a blonde no other hair stylist has been able to achieve. She has prioritized the integrity of my hair so it’s still shiny and healthy!! If I could give 10 stars I would!
First I would like to compliment how nice everyone was with setting up my appt and just being in touch up until our appt day.Wendi was so friendly and professional. WE felt very comfortable and welcomed. She did a beautiful job on my daughter's hair.My daughter is very happy with how this whole experience went for her.I highly recommend this salon.Its very clean and everyone was amazing.Thank YOU so so much Wendi for doing such an amazing job.You are awesome and have a great salon. WOW! Erica is amazing! I needed a new stylist and she came highly recommended and known for her balayage! I just needed a good chop and she took about 8in off my long heavy hair and breathed new life into it! I'm very impressed with her talent and skill! I'll be coming back this spring for her balayage!! I came in to get 24” extensions.. In hindsight I really wish I didn’t.
During the time I was in the studio; some employees and customers were not wearing masks. Which was really an inconvenience and hazardous to everyone in the studio at the time.
After paying; I noticed how tight the extensions were placed on.. and Amanda informed me that they would feel like that for a week or so. After about 2 days I was contemplating whether to take them out or not because of how uncomfortable they were. After washing my hair with the extensions in the first time; I noticed how unblended my natural hair was to the extensions. It was quite disastrous and after paying almost $900 I was disappointed. I then contacted Wendi; who is the owner about what I was experiencing etc. She offered I come back to the studio and have it blended properly but I refused because I didn’t trust the establishment anymore. I asked Wendi if there was a refund policy they had and she said they didn’t. So, she basically credited me for a cut/dye etc..
The worst part about this entire thing.. Is that when the extensions were taken out.. My ACTUAL hair started to fall out because of how tight the extensions were placed on. I contacted the salon via instagram about this issue a few days ago; and still no reply.
If you’re seriously considering getting extensions DO NOT waste your money here.

I’ve moved around quite a bit and every time I land in a new city, finding a talented stylist is on my to-do list. Usually it takes me a few tries, shopping around by visiting a few salons until I luck out and find a pro. I was pleasantly surprised to find the perfect place on my first visit to Wonderland. My stylist was Gabby, and she took the time to understand just what I wanted before she started. Not only did she replicate the exact cut in the photos I brought, she also did a gorgeous job on my notoriously tricky color. The salon was fresh and clean, with natural light to help the stylists really see color treatments. They offer extensions and eyebrow help, too!
Wendy is who I like to go get a haircut with. I took someone else and they weren't too impressed, but it's personal preference. My two stars is how poor they handle their scheduling system. They take days to answer and be able to schedule something. I never get an answer when I call and the voicemail say to text which delays it to days and sometime no answer at all. Not worth it honestly.
