Nothing really stood out that I have to say omg this was amazing. The fires are unsalted and they put salt packets in the bag which I figured out when I finished my fires. I got the regular cheese burger, ok taste i can say flavor because there was none. I'd come back and try something else now that I see there menu. A little slow in the drive thru.
The young lady who took my order at the drive-thru was very pleasant. I ordered a lg. banana split in a cup. I specifically requested very little of the sauces because the amount they usually put in it makes it so sweet and unedible. The young lady even repeated my order correctly. I got to the window, close to 10 min wait, and it seems they've went up in price to $7.41. That would have been fine if my order was correct and worth the money. I got home (2 min. up the street) Unfortunately, it must have been made right when I ordered it and it sat there because the ice cream was melted and there was so much chocolate syrup in it, it was disgusting and it went right in the trash. Very disappointed. I'll make my own from now on, I won't be back.
Heard wonderful things about this local 1950s restaurant, wanted to give it a try. Easy parking, clean restaurant, super friendly and accommodating staff. The best part was the food, my favorite was spicy cheese curds (first time trying them!) of course can’t beat the classic burger. Highly recommend, will be back!
How amazingly adorable is this place. And I am so amazed and grateful that they are still open. I will always come to a place like this before I will go to any fast food chain. Also I can get breakfast sandwiches all day long and breaded mushrooms. Food is great!!!
The kids and I stopped by for ice cream. They got cool colored cones with vanilla ice cream, that they loved, and I got a small chocolate waffle cone. The servings were very generous, the price was good, the customer service was good, and the ice cream was fantastic. We'll be back to try actual food next time.

I asked for my order update for I seen others with a food order after me. My order was lost. I said to just give me my money back.

This is true hometown eats! Reasonable prices, quality of the food was great! I had a wonder burger - it was delicious! Also tried a pig in a blanket which was good too. We didn’t have the ice cream but saw people get it and of course it looked good too! We’re traveling and just happened to stumble on this great find.. Staff was friendly & helpful. If you’re near Owensboro, KY you’re gonna wanna stop here.
Seriously, I could and would eat here every day if I could. Too bad I have to travel two hours here, but worth it every time.
