This place is a hidden gem. Excellent men's haircut with taper for a good price. I've tried other places in the area, and this is the best service I've gotten in the price range of ~$20 + tip. I used to go to places that charge $35+ for the same quality haircuts.
I've been a regular customer at this salon for a year, but my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. My appointment was at 12:00, and while I was 11 minutes late (my fault), the staff insisted I was 15 minutes late due to their clock set 4 minutes fast (I even showed my phone). Lan, the owner, was extremely rude throughout, even calling me at 11:58 to inquire about my arrival.
Despite acknowledging my tardiness, the staff's behavior was unacceptable. I attempted to reschedule, but the online system was unclear about the cancellation process. When I booked another appointment, I received a call at 12:45 from Lan, screaming about causing problems in their business. This aggressive behavior continued, and she canceled all my future appointments.
While I understand the importance of punctuality, the level of rudeness displayed was disproportionate. I have supported this business for a long time, but I cannot overlook such unprofessional conduct. My intention is not to harm the business, but I cannot recommend it based on this experience. It's disheartening to see a lack of customer service and professionalism, particularly from the owner.
I recommend wonder cuts to all ages and genders. They are really welcoming and professional. I usually get my Barber Style Mens haircut from Lan which is always a 10/10.
My brother and dad get their haircuts from Kim, She is also Great.
Great Price & Service Overall.
Certainly, the name befits the service. After my haircut, I wondered as to you why I stepped in to get my haircut done from there. No amount of cribbing can do good now. Seriously, they gave me the worst haircut I have gotten from anywhere in ages.
Lan was great! The care she took to ensure that I was safe was very reassuring. She's prompt and the haircut was great too! At times like these, it takes a lot of courage to put yourself in such a situation, so thank you Lan!
Horrible. Scheduled a haircut with Tony. He decided to line up the sides (I did not ask him to). He then proceeded to chop a half inch of hair off on one side of my head.
When I brought it up, he was insistent that he had done nothing wrong (he even blamed me for being in the sun or something?) and that everything was symmetrical.
Please tell me how the two pictures look remotely the same.
Oh and of course he made me pay full price and asked for tip.
I've been getting my haircut here for at least 5 years. Tiffany always does a great job. She only works Saturdays and Sundays.

I love this place. My husband and only visit Wonder Cuts for our hair cuts. We drive 1.5 hours to get our hair cut here. The lady that we always go to is Kim. She is amazing. She is nice and knows what haircut looks good based on your facial structure. We even bring my best friend who visits from out of state to get his haircut here. We call to schedule an appointment in advance and if she does not have an opening, we wait a week if we have to. She is worth the wait.
