The worst meal and experience ever.
The food I believe was cooked last week.. was hard/overcooked, tasteless and something I wouldn’t feed to a dog.
I cannot believe Wolfgang Puck has his name associated with this place.
The staff are some of the rudest I’ve come across, the server has a laugh like a hyena and shouldn’t be in customer service, and the Chef (If you could call him that) would have had his food thrown back at him if Gordon Ramsay was judging.
When I told them the food was terrible - they spent the next 15 minutes laughing in my direction.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.
If you’re hungry - go to a vending machine - I promise you’ll at least be satisfied from that.
Food beer. Good service. Good Pizza. A bit expensive, but its the Vegas Airport
Ordered the avocado BLT. Average/below average for the price…but airports. My complaint with service is that at the counter the cashier shared that it comes with chips. I grabbed chips and I placed my hand on them and asked “okay so it comes with chips.” She nodded. When I saw the chips were charged on the receipt I went to ask for clarification, and was told the same thing over and over - the communication was poor for customer service. Because when I clarified, that it was chips they said Lays chips (I grabbed BBQ Lays). So when I expressed that I was confused why I was charged if I grabbed lays, they said not those ones. To which I asked, “so which ones because I placed my hands on these and was told they were included.” So they said not those ones (again circular conversation and no clarification). My overall request was that it would be communicated because the chips are just that - chips. At many other establishments, you grab the chips with your sandwich. There was no specification nor any acknowledgment of miscommunication. Then I waited even longer for my sandwich because they “never got my order.”
Ate here at the Wolfgang Puck Express after getting off flight. I needed a drink and pizza looked and sounded great. We ordered the Fennel Sausage pizza and it hit the spot. For airport food I give this place a 5 star rating!
Stopped serving breakfast items at 9:30am! Then wouldn't let me eat as I have a dairy issue & they said they couldn't wipe off the same knife used on everything so couldn't make me anything. I get it's an airport express but with the Wolfgang Puck name I expected better.
My all time go to place whenever I am flying out of Vegas. The food is good quality comparing to most other fast food places at airports and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend their BBQ chicken pizza or any of their salads.
Breakfast was fine. the service was awful. We went through the express and Gloria was extremely rude when trying to use our airline voucher as if we were an inconvenience - there was nobody else in line so i dont see why she felt the need to rush us through or go off and do other things in the 2 minutes it took to find the voucher. Throughout our meal, she was also very snippy to other customers.
Glad they have fresh and hot breakfast plates! The avocado toast is phenomenal! Champagne is perfect temperature and bubble! Staff and service is stellar! Danke!
