Best KPortal Reviews
Great place to grab some food before a flight in Chicago's O'Hare airport. We love the fact they have a real Wood-Fired oven, and the pizzas are actually made fresh to order! Plenty of places to sit in a nice big bar.
I stopped there for a quick snack and I didn’t expect such a good pizza! The staff were friendly and the pizza was excellent. I had the wild mushroom and it was very tasty. I found it a bit expensive but that’s to be expected in an airport.
If you want to get to your destination alive, think twice, or if you want to experience the plastic food that Americans eat, this is the best option. You have no doubt that it tastes like the horrible plastic food that can perforate your intestines and to be part of that experiment you must pay a minimum of 20 usd and leave bored on the plane because you have not used the other options at the airport, this restaurant is a horror story ????????????
Tiny, cramped and confusing. Workers act like you’re not there, and look at you like you’re stupid if you ask how the line works. Prices are absolutely highway robbery. $18.50 for a turkey sandwich! Any single item is at or over $20 after tax. They don’t seems to put any care into the food they make either. I get it, it’s the airport, it’s going to be expensive, but it shouldn’t like this. How is this a margarita pizza? I paid $20 for this wet slop. I remember a year ago when the pizza was $14 with tax. They’ve risen their prices drastically, with no update in service or quality. Avoid.
I recently dined at Wolfgang Puck Express, and my experience was mixed. The food was okay, but it was a bit on the salty side for my taste. However, I must say that their pizza was a standout – absolutely delicious! If you visit, I would recommend trying the pizza over other options on the menu.
Our flight was delayed, and we enjoyed our time at the bar. The food was fine, the service was fantastic, but they really need to fix their blind that so that the sun doesn't blind all the patrons on the bar.
Placed order for a Margherita pizza. Was advised 15 minute wait time. Had 40 minutes between flights. Waited 20 mins and went to check on my pizza and they never fired it. I asked for a refund as I had to go and couldn't wait another 15 minutes. The lady tried to.makw me wait, I had to force the issue for a refund and then they took the $1 tip on the refund to my AMEX card and had the audacity to ask if I wanted it back as she would have to swipe again. Wolfgang should know you don't take orders verbally, give the pizza prep table a ticket, don't go by memory. Rookie mistake 101 by a supposed "legend"? I could.run circles around these people as a former executive chef myself. Poor class, lack of care, people.going on break that took the order and not communicating is what blew this. She could.have asked if I wanted something different that was faster and would rush it. Nope! But tried to fight with me over asking for a refund? Wow!
Yes I gave 5 star for the atmosphere too but hey what you expect, it is an airport.
My wild mushroom pizza was way too good for an airport pizza. Thanks guys for making my day.
