First time I’ve been here since a karate banquet in the 90’s. It was highly reviewed so it figured why not. Let’s just say if i could seek a refund i would , but i ordered through Uber eats. The chicken fried rice is NOT fried and i suspect the rice could be plastic! I’m still flossing raw pieces out of my teeth. The “sauce” for the crab”less” Rangoon has a strong chemical smell and it damn near inedible, and there is no crab in the appetizer , they say Crab with a C on the menu so i assumed there was actual crustaceans in the dish, no such luck. The orange chicken(again strong chemical smell and rubbery texture) is drowned in an oily sauce and has ZERO orange (or chicken flavor for that matter) . There is an overwhelming and rubbery texture and there is almost NO chicken in the meal all fritter or whatever this substance is.
The worst Chinese restaurant I’ve ever ordered from. The chicken is mush. The “chicken fried rice” was so bad I wouldn’t even it call it chicken fried rice. The pork egg rolls tasted like cinnamon. Not to mention the lady who took our order over the phone was extremely rude. Fair warning, don’t waste your money here.
Absolutely terrible food. I honestly never leave reviews and dont have an extremely high bar for what is acceptable but this was possibly the worst meal I've ever eaten. We ordered the orange chicken, general tso chicken, lo mein and veggie fried rice.
All the meat was questionable and rubbery to say the least. The fried rice lacked egg and had and odd mixture of veggies I've never experienced in any fried rice. Not to mention lacked flavor at all. Just oil. The chicken entrees were Absolutely disgusting, fried chunks or battered mystery meat. The bottom of them were a weird white color, zero flavor outside of greasy. Qe couldn't tell the difference between the two except for the orange chicken had slices of orange mixed in.
Absolute waste of money. Panda express is 100x better and thats a pretty low bar in my opinion. Save your money, do NOT ORDER from this restaurant.
Wish I could get even a fraction of our money back. Definitely Not worth the 70 dollars we paid!
Lunch special doesn’t mean lunch special anymore doesn’t come with an eggroll or drink then why is it called a lunch special? It’s still cost over $10!!! But man is it tasty have to give them that!
Just ordered for the first time from "Wok Out" and it was probably the worst $56.00 meal I have had n several years. Egg Rolls tough beyond belief, like made in morning and microwaved for delivery. Chicken Cashew had very little chicken and some (hopefully) cut up vegetable that made up 90% of the meal. The four seasons order was anything but four seasons. Vegetables were overcooked and under cook in the same order. Our order did deliver quickly and it was hot, but that is the only good thing we can say about the experience.

I have been coming to WOK OUT since I was in 6th grade. I’m 33. Lol this is a family favorite and local favorite for Chinese food. Always clean and delicious. My favorite is Lemon Chicken and their egg rolls are really good.
Ordered delivery and when the food arrived it wasn't even close to what I ordered. I told the delivery person and he said "well it's a lot of food" That is not the point I said, it's not my order. delivery person left and then I get a text message that my ordered has been canceled. I called the restaurant and they said it had been canceled and there was nothing they could do about it. Trick me once, I will never do business with this place again.
