Despite the late time delivery..., the food was really tasty,still hot. Our meal for 2 was fantastic.????(anyway, they give you very much food, so prepare your stomach) :) couldn't eat all. ????
Ordered food last night, large box meal, my husband ordered a small portion. When food arrived, my husband's portion was bigger than mine and although the food was very tasty, there wasn't enough to feed a small child. My husband phoned to speak to the manager, to which he refused and refused to do anything about it...never ordering from there again, absolutely disgusted!
THE WORST CHINESE IVE EVER HAD!!!
£23 for rock solid tiny pieces of chicken, rice was hard and food was cold, bloke had to make 2 deliveries as part of the order was missed first time round! Absolutely shocking, will not be using again. Wouldn’t feed my dog this food
Ordered some food last night and firstly realised the veggie rolls had chicken in. Was annoying but not a big deal as I’d already realised before we ate them. Also had some veggie noodles, which were fine until I realised I was eating a piece of beef that had somehow ended up in my box.
I don’t like pushing the annoying vegetarian stereotype, but when you choose not to eat meat for many, many years and you accidentally do so, it’s a really scary experience. I called the restaurant who were apologetic and offered me a refund, but nobody ever turned up. At that point we were stuck with lots of food that half of us couldn’t touch and no money back like promised.
I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again as I’m now questioning their protocol for cross contimination with meat products. If you mark something as vegetarian on your menu, it shouldn’t be close enough to a meat product that some of it will accidentally end up in the pan.
Have used Wok Inn for years and loved food and service. This evening tried ordering a takeaway and was told prices gone up plus now delivery charge (never had before) Will find alternative
Taste counts, and here I enjoyed my meal with plenty to go around, arrived hot and in good sized containers too.
Dont judge the outside folks as this is just like a book, step in and try, enjoy !
Order has just arrived, food only just warm, Cantonese chicken batter not cooked, chicken chips peas and gravy .... no chips £6.10 for a bit of chicken in a tub of gravy and 4cm mushrooms. Never again !
Ordered three times now from here. Every time it's been at least 30 minutes later than the estimated time of arrival they had texted , despite the fact I'd ordered in plenty of time ie 2 hours before. Given them enough chances that's it now won't be ordering from them again.
