Excellent takeaway with plenty of popular options. Takeaway located only one block over from beach (just diagonally opposite end of Shore Road - near mini golf). Lots of great dishes: crispy shredded beef (with peking sauce is my fave), tangy sweet and sour, tasty salt and chilli, singapore chow mein, curry, mixed platter starters, excellent noodles and tasty rice.
My go to Chinese in troon. Food always fresh and taste out of this world. Great prices. Staff are always so friendly as well.
So disappointed with the lemon duck / the sauce was like an energy drink but thick - had do wash the duck and try to eat it as such, the sweet and sour was again mostly syrup. Rest of the dishes little to no flavour, we asked for msg free, and tho I understand this would make it taste better I feel like the food solely relied on it!
Where is all the seasoning gone? I had crispy duck with plum sauce and fried rice spring rolls it was blant no seasoning at all on the duck, and I didn't like the taste of that duck like a day old. What has happened here? I have not eaten from the Wok in for ages, but something has been lost in here.
Die spring rolls were OK, nice crispy but also bit blant, quite disappointing. The only thing that was eatables was the fried rice, spring rolls and the plum sauce, well you can't get nothing much wrong with fried rice.
Please find your fun on cooking again with lovely seasonings like cloves, Sichuan peppercorns, fennel, Chinese cinnamon, and star anise. It offers the sour, bitter, pungent, sweet, and spicy flavors favored in Chinese cooking in a fine balance this should come back and I will be happy to eat from the wok in again.
But so far, sorry this was my last to eat out maybe try in summer again hopefully something has changed.

One of the best Chinese food take outs I’ve had. So fresh! Ordered shrimp fried rice (Spicy) and hubby ordered egg foo young and we mixed them. So much better than Chinese food in the states!
First time ordering from here this evening. Had chicken fried rice. There was some bits of ham through it and the chicken was dry! Also had sweet n sour king prawn balls, they were greasy, not impressed
Food is amazing, first time we tried it and we will DEFINITELY be back!
