Its definitely not 4.8 star rating.
Everything even the fries tasted eggy like it tasted like egg. At first I thought it was the burger coating but no it was not burger coating. And the sauces? I took creamy herb with garlic sauce and Really questioning the rating are those fake?Expected so much from this place. And can you not add a trash bin so we can dispose our trash there and leave the tray on the top? No doubt I got the order quickly since I was the only customer at that moment but after me there was a rush and the boys after me had to wait 30 minutes just for a meal.
From the moment I stepped into WNGZ, I knew I was in for a treat. The atmosphere was great. The service was exceptional; the staff were not only friendly but also incredibly attentive, ensuring that every detail of our dining experience was flawless. And let's talk about the food. it was outstanding. Each wing was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and bursting with flavour. i had the bbq and garlic flavour tenders and every bite was a taste sensation. Whether you're a wing expert or just looking for a fantastic meal in a lively setting, WNGZ Shop is an absolute must-visit. I can't wait to return for another unforgettable dining experience.
First time visiting and I did not expect the food to be that good !! I tried the Loaded Tower burger and sweet potato chips, I love potatoes so the hashbrown in the burger was great. The chicken fillet was crispy and not dry, overall good burger! Some of the sweet potato chips were slightly burnt but the chips that weren't were good!
Customer service was amazing, all the staff were great, lively and seemed to have genuine passion with what they were doing. Person at the till was friendly and welcoming, like a friend you've known for years. They also offer student discount.
Yes, it is cold inside but it's Winter now, and I believe they are in the middle of fixing the heating issue, the cold didn't bother me much as I was too busy enjoying the food! You can tell the staff genuinely do care about the customers, as I saw other customers either changing their order or if there was a mistake etc staff always helped out.
The wait for my order was long but worth it. There were lots of customers and not many cooks so it's understandable that orders would take longer. If they are able to expand the store one day I think that would be a great addition, more seating and hopefully more staff = quicker orders.
Food was very good. But the last spicy flavor was too much hot, if you're not spicy person is better to avoid it :). Also when they add flavours on top of the wings ,wings become cold so better to eat quickly.
The food here was so good , the flavours were immaculate and they serve big portions for such a good price too ! The only downside is that the restaurant is quite small so not a lot of people can dine in, other than that the food is a must try and I will definitely come back again !
Fantastic experience, one of the best fried wings and chicken i have ever eat in London and people who are working there are so friendly and they make you a perfect first class memory. I highly recommend this to you. All in all trust me go there and then you go there more by yourself regularly for sure.
Great service and timekeeping on the order, food was fresh and tasted delicious! As it was opening offer, I went for a variety of wings, burgers and their fully loaded fries. Their maple siracha and honey and firecracker wings were absolutely amazing, full of flavour! The spicy chicken burger is a must, with their special sauce. The star of the show for me was their fully loaded fries, wow! Great flavours, presentation and a huge portion! 5 star service and food!
The place to eat if you're a fan of chicken! Travelled from Peterborough and I can say this was well worth the stop!
Parking can be difficult, as it's London, but there's some side roads that offer free parking after working hours that are a few minutes walk.
As for the food, absolutely on point! All the flavours are there, love the maple spice flavour and the peri flavour (hot). Burgers are soft and full of flavour and chips portions are good for what you pay.
Honestly, haven't met friendlier staff or a manager by the name of Zak who actually knows what he is doing and was able to help with figuring out what flavour would best suit me.
Will definitely be visiting again, can say I would 10/10 recommended. At least give it a try if you're in London for the day.
