At first, we were told that there was two short rides ahead of us. 30 minutes later we called again and he said he was just now picking up his second ride. We’ve been waiting for more than an hour.. already 30 minutes late for work. just called again and they said it was three minutes and that he was close 15 minutes later we decided to walk after being an hour late to work. as we were walking to work, we saw our taxi driver pull into a gas station, nowhere near our street.
Picking me and my husband up locally wasn't bad. Driver got to us in about 15 minutes. Waiting for them to pick us back up locally to take us to Ford where our vehicle was. Was absolute disaster!!! Called them for the pick up she said about an hour because they were backed up. Hour went by called back she said I'm actually on my way to you now. Another hour keep calling, calling no answer. They literally blocked my number and called from my husband's and got an answer. Then the other woman who took her place almost 3 hours later was rude. Saying well the taxi hasn't gotten there. What kind of business is being ran here? With those prices should at least tell the truth, and not block your customers numbers!!!!
Car broke down and I needed rides for a few days. Wize guys answered every time, was able to pick me up within 30 minutes of my call, and driver was pleasant and got me where I needed to go. Not perfect, but I was satisfied. Would use again, would recommend.
To be aHometown where they're supposed to take care of people and be a people oriented business, I am kind of disappointed I have had a pretty bad month or I have to call upon a taxi they're never on time they always say they're doing something and it'll be at least a 30 minute wait. And then you're still lucky if they're able to remember to pick you up without giving them a phone call to remind them. I'm just upset I guess I expected something more for them to be in business for so long kind of shows that they don't take care of what matters and that's the customer.
I would give this company ZERO stars if I could! I scheduled a ride to the airport an entire day in advance. I asked to be picked up at 2:30 pm from my hotel and driven to the airport in order to make my flight at 3:50 pm. I called “wise guy” at 2:35 pm to make sure he was still picking me up. I waited 5 minutes because I know things happen and he could be running slightly behind. He informed me that “he got another assignment late last night and would not be able to pick me up till 3:05 pm at the earliest”. Clearly that wasn’t an option for me… I asked him why he didn’t call me this morning, so I could make other arrangements. He couldn’t provide me an answer or give me an apology. A word of advice, pick a different name for your company because you’re far from wise…
They picked me for an eye appointment , the driver was on a personal call the whole time , Went past my appointment place about another 1 1/2 miles to the hospital then asked which door I wanted out at , I replied Iam not getting out you passed the place up I am going gto about 1 1/2 miles back . Had the driver not been talking o. Her phone & paid attention she would have gotten it right the first time .
I have been using the only taxi service in KIRKSVILLE for a long time and the last two times they are taking 1-2 hours and still not getting to me and I started using Wize Guys and they are great. Ben was my last driver and he was very friendly and got all my groceries in and out for me. I will definitely be using them again
Asked for asap service and got exactly what I asked for. Driver was careful and safe. Got me out of an emergency situation fast as possible. Picked me up in trenton and drove me south of chillicothe for the expected rate. Driver showed up within 30 minutes of calling at early morning hours outside of normal operating times. The driver was tentative to his speed and very aware of the other drivers on the road. Yes I believe tipping the driver was worth doing.
