Never had any problems here . I collect a monthly prescription and it’s always there no issues I order a few days before so much better than Boots down the road . Staff always very friendly .
Quick prompt and FREE DELIVERY SERICE. A great pharmacy. Lovely staff. Very organised and helpful . A great and vauable asset to the local community. Will be a member for life.
Awful service from this pharmacy. Spoken too extremely rudely by the head pharmacist there (not sure his name, the black guy) because I arrived 3 minutes before cut off time (5pm for methadone patients). Never complained before. When I asked why he was speaking so rudely to me he told me I can "take it how I want" and other staff members said he was being "nice" compared to how he treats other patients. I'll be walking a bit further for my prescriptions in future.
I had a 111online pharmacy referral consultation to this pharmacy, chosen because it was local to me. I spoke to a pharmacist (male) who was the rudest healthcare professional I have ever encountered. I ended up hanging up the phone, without going ahead with the referral consultation because I was so furious and upset. It's shocking that there are so-called professionals being allowed to have such an important role in the NHS. I am so angry about this I'm going to complain to the General Pharmaceutical Council about him.
Would like to give a zero - repeatedly lost prescription required to continue living. Repeated lies about losing prescription and blaming doctors surgery or myself. Extremely worrying service - I cannot recommend
Pretty shocking. Tried to persevere, as in all honesty, it varies somewhat - occasionally there are pleasant and effective people working there - however for the most part the pre-ordered prescriptions are never ready, the wait, even being the only person in there, is inexplicable, and most of the pharmacists are pig-ignorant, and hopeless, quite frankly! The big bloke (not sure if it is politically correct to reference his skin colour) carries on like a smart-arse, stand-over merchant with a side of black magic going on. Nothing legit going on here unfortunately, and I won't be returning!
Please do not waste your time and find another pharmacy.
The waiting time is dreadful, partly due to the fact the pharmacists always seem to be on lunch at the same time?
Staggered lunch breaks would be an idea.
The pharmacists are trying to make as much money as possible by opening multipack items and selling them individually.
Unfortunately I bought a multipack of deep freeze cold patches, three of them has been removed - clearly to sell as individual items.
Very disappointed. A script for special dressings was sent to the pharmacy by the Medical Centre nurse on Tuesday (3 days ago) for delivery. When we phoned this morning to see if they'd be delivered today, the script had to be located and the order placed. Advised they might be here Monday - that's 6 days!
