Best KPortal Reviews
The food was terrific. I don't understand all these negative reviews. The woman who attended me was polite to me and to every other customer. She worked fast with a sense of urgency. My order was exactly as ordered. The garlic boneless wings are to die for. All food is fresh. The Cajun corn is the best corn I've ever eaten. Will definitely come back again. This is my 2nd visit one in Florida and one in Pennsylvania neither disappointed. P.S if you're in a rush might as well ordered ahead because you will wait 15-20 minutes but only because the food is cooked to order.
I ordered by Uber. The food was excellent. Really great wings. If someone says something negative about it I wouldn't understand it because they were the best wings I had, the fries were good with a nice seasoning, good order of celery and carrots. This was the first time ordering from them.
So my dad’s been wanting to try this Wing Stop since it’s closer compared to the one in Bradenton. I’ve never ate at this branch, but from what I’ve read the reviews haven’t been the best. So I never was in a rush to try them, they needed to work the kinks out from what I’ve read lol. So this past Saturday we decided to give ‘em a try…. Bad BAD idea! Not only were our fries LIMP & SOGGY. The boneless wings were partially sauced. The wings were fully cooked and battered, but they were stingy with the sauce. The sauce that was present, looked dry when the sauces that we ordered were “wet”. Definitely won’t be returning to THIS Wing Stop. Hopefully the one that’s opening on Clark rd (I think) will be better.
I ordered 20 regular wings. They were all overcooked and dry even though it only took less than 10 mins for my order to be ready. There were 16 drums and only 4 flats and 5-6 wings were so small with no meat they shouldn't have been served. And I could taste the old fryer grease on them even with the hot sauce they were tossed in. Also the blue cheese taste like water down mayonnaise.
As much as I love my Wingstop there’s been a handful of times that my fries isn’t seasoned at all even when asking for extra seasoning just to be sure there is some in there :( received my fries plain once again and now my Cajun corn with no Cajun ????
I don’t understand the disparity in quality from one Wingstop to the next. Some are amazing and others are utterly awful and there seems to be no in between. I’ve ordered u3 times from this location. All 3 orders have been wrong and the food just doesn’t taste good. Very unfortunate. 3 strikes and your out for me.
Update 5/26/24: I guess I’m gluten for punishment. As a national brand I love Wingstop and this location is 5 mins from my house. Trust me… I want this place to be good. I would settle for passable because I love wings so much. But man, you guys just make it impossible to continue doing business with you. I’m seriously done! I’m done with this location and I’m done with Wingstop period for letting this atrocity continue to operate. I ordered a week ago. To be fair the wings weren’t that bad. They were small (like always), the fries were somehow cold and burnt (like always), they didn’t include all the sauces (like always), but the wings themselves not that bad. However when I picked them up one of the 2 counter hands asked if my name was Cody. I said yes, and one of guys yelled (I mean YELLED) the F word. The 2 guys had bet if I was the order or not and the one that lost yelled. Super unprofessional but again at least the wings were decent and I didn’t have to wait an Eternity. Fast forward to tonight. I waited over an hour. The front desk people were not just dismissive but outright rude. I asked the guy why it was taking so long. His reply with an attitude and I quote “you guys just keep ordering wings and workers don’t show up. Sometimes people wait 2 hours”. I just left without my food having already paid for it online an hour plus before. As a business owner myself I’m astonished at hour a business is allowed to operate at such a poor level. Especially a national chain. I have spent atleast 25k the last decade at wingstop (I know I have a problem… I just love wings) and these experiences have been so awful I’m writing the entire brand off! JUST DON’T EAT HERE. The service isn’t just bad… the employees are actively HOSTILE, the food has NEVER been 100% right ANYTIME I’ve ordered, and the manager is CLEARLY on drugs. Corporate should remove the Franchise Owner before he/she single handedly destroys Wingstop’s brand. It’s so bad it makes corporate look bad for continuing to allow their name to hang above the door. Seriously… it’s that bad.
So I gotta give kuddos to the young man that rang out my carry out order..he checked our bags to make sure everything was in there and immediately noticed a few things wrong including missing wings and corrected in immediately, demanding more attention to detail from the other employees. That alone was pretty cool and much appreciated and for that reason along with the food today being good, I will be back. Upon card payment I wanted to leave a tip but it did not leave a option for one. I was just impressed and thankful that people still want to be efficient and do the right thing for customers and this guy deserves a raise how serious he was about good service. It was around 930 in the evening..
phone wise tho..who ever answers the phone..wow...Def not good. I almost hung up and went elsewhere, it was like pulling teeth. Redemption was whoever rang us out so I can't deduct additional stars for today.
It’s Super Bowl Sunday, everyone and their grandmother orders Wingstop online. The waiting area is crowded with people, not just hangry, but also impatient.
My order did take longer than the estimated time but that’s ok because the staff was great.
Special shoutout to the lady with long red braids. Her smile, friendliness, and ability to communicate about the wait times had everyone relaxed and content with waiting.
On top of the pleasant experience that could have easily been hostile, my order came out steaming hot and most importantly correct.
Amazing staff who kept their cool when stuff hit the fan, good job y’all.
