The **Korean BBQ** took me straight to the bustling streets of Seoul, and the **lemon pepper** was a zesty revelation. Over-priced and over-sauced. Ordered a 10 piece, cashier mistakenly ordered 8 piece. The wait was long, as the chicken is made to order. (Hint: Order online to prevent the wait). Boneless...Eh, just ok. Bone In... were fried very hard, dry. Oh but wait, the ranch is delicious!
(2) 8 piece + (2) fries = $34.00
I won't go back
I ordered online and it says automatically waiting time 16-21 minutes. I arrived in 25 minutes. They told me that I had to wait 10 more minutes because they got busy! The ten extra minutes became 15. Okay to pick up an order that takes 45 minutes without updating on their app it is ridiculous! Also they had a horrible attitude and to revenge me because I asked the manager who’s a short Mexican without manners, they forgot my French fries! Of course I didn’t go back to ask for my French fries!! Horrible experience! Never again at this Centennial Hills location.
The food is ok. I mean, it's just wings. However, the service at the register was terrible. The guy on the register didn't even acknowledge my presence. He didn't even look my way and say, "I'll be right with you. Instead, he ran around doing many other things while I stood there waiting to order. When he finally got back to the register, he proceeded to get busy on a phone call that he couldn't handle. He had to call the manager and turn the call over to her. Then he finally turned to me and said, " are you ready to order?". He took the order and stated that it would be ready in 20 minutes. IT TOOK 35. This is obviously the first managed wing stop in Las Vegas. Go to any other one and be happy
Ordered my food well cooked chicken soft cooked fries I got the opposite did a survey was told I'd get an order of fries asked me did I want them now I said now next time I come in . A week later I come in to redeem the fry order the manager tells me NO it is only for online order. I never order line. He didn't even honor the request even when I showed him the two worker who gave me that info. Yeah I won't spend my money there again.
Wings are good, you already know. Their ranch is the goat. Service is terrible. I only go when I really crave wings because they are so bad. Always see teens standing around and goofing off. Not sure what needs to be done. Maybe they have too much staff and not enough fryers to accommodate the people and staff and that's why people are just standing around. But there's always a line, and they mess up our order a lot of the time. Like I said only go if you are really craving their wings and can tolerate bad service
This was my first and last time ever trying Wing Stop unfortunately.
When I came in during the afternoon there were some real dirty folks working behind the counter who didn’t care, and didn’t seem to be doing much of anything.
While I was waiting for my order in the lobby, the people in the back were just standing around chatting with each other about their personal lives.
On top of all that, the food wasn’t hot and tasted subpar. I won’t be back.
Mango habanero is great. Boneless is not that great but if you have kids it might be easier. Takes a good 20 minutes+ to prepare. You should order by app first. Definitely better than Buffalo Wild Wings if you’re doing take out. However there’s not much seating area here.
