Oh my gawsh! Best wings in Utah! I also got a chicken sandwich and it’s the only thing that come close to southern chicken in Utah! My mind was a bit blown. I got the garlic parm, so so yum!!! Boneless wings were amazing too.
Matthew super nice attentive guy took my order. Gave me a receipt reflecting specific requests, so I know he did his part well.
I ordered a 10 piece mango habanero wings. Classic with all flats (they charge extra for that). Requested 3 ranch. Also requested super light sauce as mango habanero has a decent amount of kick to it. My order was to go.
Wings were SWIMMING in sauce. Despite the fact that I asked Matthew for light sauce and he not only typed it in the instructions but I also heard him tell the cook (assistant manager apparently) that I wanted light sauce. Also got less flats then legs. Fries were buried in salt.
I’ve gone in 5 times in the last 2-3 months and this is the 4th time they missed things on the order. Whether that’s missing ranch, crazy amounts of sauce, legs instead of flats. Can’t seem to get the order right. Every time I go in the people taking the order are ultra detail oriented, nice and personable. Real shame that the kitchen can’t get the order right. Don’t get how there’s a breakdown in communication…when I’ve literally heard the people at the register tell the cooks instructions.
For $20- $30 bucks this place is not worth it. A real shame.
I love Wingstop and their wings are great. I am especially glad that you're able to order all flats now. The only problem I have is I order ahead around 9:45 to pick up my order for dinner at 10:00 p.m. and for some reason several times the order has been wrong. I get boneless instead of bone-in the wings which I requested. In addition, the wings are lacking in sauce. For some reason, this location does not use the general amount of sauce that other locations use. So sometimes they're kind of dry and don't have much flavor. But it is the closest one to the pharmacy where I work. So if management is listening or reading this I would appreciate it on the wings. After all the flavor is the main reason I go to Wingstop.
I got the Carolina gold BBQ and garlic parmesan on traditional wings. I enjoyed the BBQ, but would pass on the garlic parm unless it's your go-to elsewhere. Chicken was great and the fries have a uniquely sweet taste which I enjoyed. Service was friendly and helpful, and the location was clean and maintained. The only negative was it took a hot minute to get our food (30 min), but they explained there was a problem in the kitchen, and threw some desserts in to make up for the issue (the triple chocolate chip brownie was worth the wait). Overall it was a solid experience, and I'll definitely eat here again.

One of the down sides would be the size of this restaurant, it’s only got 5 tables on the inside and the same on the outside.
I order the Atomic, Parmesan, and Lemon Pepper, I really enjoyed the Atomic cause it was BURNING, they weren’t kidding about how spicy it would be. The Parmesan was not good at all, it tasted like they mixed aged cheese with chicken but forgot the chicken. The Lemon pepper was also a good one but it was a bit to salty.
Overall the wings are fantastic, maybe a bit dry and the restaurant is very VERY small
Soda machine is one of those new high tech ones… and it doesn’t work. Like none of the flavors have any flavor… ????. The place was generally a mess. The floor was sticky, almost every table had people's food leftovers. These things would be somewhat understandable if the place was busy. It was not. Employees were idle. Disappointing. I wont be returning.
Warning: CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. I had a pretty frustrating experience. I ordered through the app and got 50 wings for a party we were having. I had never been to Wingstop but I was told from multiple people that they are top notch. I ordered and picked it up and then drove home. I was disappointed to find out that of the 4 flavors I ordered only one had anything on them. So I had 36 wings missing any sort of flavors. I tried calling and I guess the phone number just directs people to order wings online because no one picked up the multiple times I called. I drove back and showed them the flavorless wings and they told me my wings had the dry rub flavors on them and that I should just order something with sauce instead. I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to remake my order with new flavors because they said the dry rubs just don’t have a lot of flavor. I was offered a drink while I waited. So instead of getting awesome wings for a party I got a frustrating time that took 2 hours of driving back to the store and waiting instead of being quick, fast, and easy. If you want wings don’t come here. I added the photos of my wings without dry rub and a picture of what the wings are supposed to look like from the take out menu.
This place is a joke! Cannot believe they average 3.5 stars on Google. The “children” that work there have no idea how to process an order. This location is in need of a manager and training program immediately. Food takes forever to get, orders are never correct. My most descent experience, I sat in the lobby for 10 minutes, then was told they couldn’t find my order, and then POOF, my order is the bag I’ve been staring at the whole time on the shelf…food was now cold and mushy. Will not return to this location!
