I placed a fairly large order online for pickup. When I walked in I was greeted and immediately helped. The cashier said they were finishing up my order. In the meantime, I asked to use the restroom. They have M/W single stall for each. The women's room was very clean. When I came out, my order was ready to go ON TIME. The cashier & other employees said thank you. My car smells amazing with all of the yummy wings. Everything was cooked to perfection. I do wish that their fries were a little crisper but that my only complaint. The smiles and friendly staff are the main reason for my 5 star review! Great job.
Great location and wish I could give 6stars. I was here around 3:30pm. Staff was helpful with ordering and recommendations since I’m not here often it was appreciated. I ordered in and was given a to go bag. Which wasn’t a big deal.
Well eating a customer came in and raised his voice well lecturing life lessons because he got a to go bag like me though he was also eating at the establishment. Most staff just kept their head down well cleaning well the one’s being lectured remained mostly professional but frustrated understandably.
Completely get the customer saying staff should provide a good experience but their not robots. Compassion goes both ways and I personally will always be firm on the customer isn’t always right. Respect is deserved on both ends.
I ordered a 30 piece crew pak online. When it arrived the chicken wings were so hard we couldn't eat them and they barely had any seasoning. My Voodoo fries were not in the order and I spent $60 on this order. Now, I have ordered from this Wing Stop before and it was chewable, but I won't be ordering from this one again. I need the quality of my wings to be edible every time not once in a while.
Very good Lemmon pepper classic wings. Great fries and tenders also corn. Usually the boneless are good but every now and then you get a bad one. Love the multi flavor soda machine. The paper towels could be upgraded. This location is open till midnight and plays sports on televisions. My only big complaint. The chicken sandwich is a miss.
The chicken is great period. If you ever hear your stomach grumbling it's time to eat some spicy wings! The staff is really nice and professional. The space is large enough to eat comfortable. They have a large enough menu so you don't have to eat the same thing. I highly recommend to any wing enthusiast out there !
Half of the wings don’t even have sauce or Parmesan. They’re just normal wings. I wished I checked them beforehand and now I’m eating barely covered chicken that I paid well for. Very unhappy…enough to go on here and write a review, something I never do. **Check your food before leaving. (I wish I didn’t have to) ????
Where is the sauce and dry rub?
For a place called "Wingstop" you'd think these will be the best wings evAr! Alcohol be damned! Nope, just go south a bit on Rainbow and go to any bar and you'll get the same quality if not better. I'd argue "better".
Pi ked up doordash here a few times. Great service. Just wish they had loose napkins out and about instead of a paper towel rolll
