My husband n I came for lunch last Sat we have never been there before. We ordered our food waited over 20 mins for our food there was barely anyone customers there. We were only given 30 mins for lunch so I asked what was taking so long oh it’ll be out shortly a few minutes later we gotta go n the girl says they were putting the sauce on the wings.
Very disappointed in seeing how many workers were just standing around and talking in the kitchen over 5 of them.
The cashier was great the food terrible cold fries and cold wings we will never ever be good back there again.
The cashier’s deserve a pay raise since they were the ones still working not standing around and talking like the other workers there.
Pretty sure ur store has cameras and can verify everything just look at the cameras from 12:25 pm to 12:55 pm.
People got time to stand around then they got time to clean n talk.

Btk the food critique here to critique the wings were perfect size an cooked perfect an the flavors are insane !!! The cashier suggested I try the fries with ranch cheese an spices an Omg very good eating I'll be back weekly !!!
I appreciate the nice gesture, but I would be careful with notes like this. Not everyone is of the same faith.
If this is on my bag because of where I work, then it makes me upset (I ordered Door Dash). But if it's just because it's you and it's genuinely a nice gesture, thank you.
Other than the note, the food I got was wrong. Wrong type of wings and I got corn instead of the fries I ordered. A complete disappointment.
Ordered food around 530 to be picked up at 630 arrived at 6:20 and noticed the place was busy and had several people waiting on food. I made my way up to the counter and they had my food done early… heck yes, or so I thought… I get to the truck and I go to make sure I got everything. Food was literally ice cold, my assumption is that it was made at 530 when I placed the order. Was able to get a refund but sheesh it was bad in there. So many upset customers.
The dining area/waiting area is way too small as well.
Need salads to the ???????? meets. Meal must be balanced, please understand that. In the future there perhaps will a better space to sit down to eat. But meat taste good. Music to play perhaps.
Nothing good to say did an online order picked it up drove home to find half my order gone called them they said I could come get the rest of my order. When I got there (after my 20 minute drive) the rest of my order wasn’t ready told me it would be 10 more minutes. After the 10 minute I got my food and it was frozen solid ! Must have used the easy bake oven ain’t never had this happen 1 out of 10 wouldn’t even feed this to my worse enemy because it would be to inhumane will never go to another wing stop thank you for nothing Joplin ????✌️
Employees were rude to myself as well as other customers. They were clearly untrained. We waited 45min for our food as expected because it was busy and just opened. After getting the food turns out one of the orders was wrong. Got a 6 piece and ordered a 10 as well as the completely wrong sauces. Called the store and got told I had to wait another hour if I wanted the food I paid for, instead of just making it asap (I would have been willing to wait a little bit, but not an hour) or I got told I could come back tomorrow if they remembered who I was. Do not recommend, busy or not you should fix the mistake in a timely manner or give people thier money back.
I would not recommended until they start to slow down. We ordered ahead over the phone for pickup. We ordered 20 bone in wings and all were boneless. Along with extra ranch and we received none. Wings come with little to no sauce on them. The store is very busy with almost no room to walk. Once I got inside I waited and waited at the pickup counter and was not acknowledged by a single employee although there were several standing around. On a bright note though, the corn was good! Hope they work out their kinks.
