This specific wingstop is my favorite place to eat because the food comes out at a reasonable time and its always fresh and delicious. The people the work there are kind too. If I could I would come to this wingstop every single day.
Soooo I love wings....who doesn't right! It was my birthday and I was in Orlando for a couple weeks and wanted to try a wing place that is not around where I live. So I chose Wingstop as it was the closest one to where I was staying. I decided I wanted to dine in. Which it also happen to be national wing day so not sure if they were busy due to that or just normally busy. But when we walked in they stated 45 min wait. I said that is fine as gives me time to hang out with my kids while on vacation here. So we sat at a table. During the next 45 minutes I heard the people quote different times between 45 min down to 20-25 min for wait time. But I decided I would wait the 45. Welp 50 min went past and no food. My husband had went next door to the pool table area during part of it and had come back and jokingly stated there were wings for free next door. I told him no I want to try these. I told him the time so he checked on it since we were past the 45 min. They did not have the order anywhere. The good thing sorta for us but sucked for anyone else standing in line is they stopped everyone else ordered to make ours. So they did take care of it right away. As for the taste, I would not say is is like the fresh chicken you get from the store and bake....rather it tasted like the frozen bags of wings you get from a store and just dip them in sauce. So not a wow factor for the taste. I tried the BBQ, their hot, the lemon pepper and the Hawaiian. All just tasted like frozen wings that were warmed up and then dipped. The fries were crispy and tasty! $60 worth
When I went inside the store I was greeted right away. John was the one who took my order and was very kind and friendly with the group I was with. The food was fast and the customer service we received from John was amazing.
I went to wing stop to get 2 kinds of wings. One with mango habanero and cajun. This is the 10 boneless wing combo. The spiciest wings are a little much for me , but the wings are good and the meal I believe comes with some fries. I ordered this meal and the price is very good for a chain. The sauce options are very good. I think you can get them without sauce and dip the wings in whatever sauce you want. Wingstop has good customization options for the wings. I do recommend
The customer service here is so nice!! There is a closer Wingstop to where I live but I choose to come to the Winter Park location because of the workers! Always so friendly and the food is great too.
Came to this location and John was so great! He was quick with giving me my order and made sure to check up on me to see how everything was. Going again
Super Bowl day, and the didn’t want to take my order because I was a walking costumer, then I asked where they were accepting orders then? The cashier told me that online only, I go in to the web page to place my order, Then the manager told me that they weren’t even taking online orders, but because she didn’t want a PETTY REVIEW she authorizes the order… really? My first time ever going to a Wing stop and the costumer service it’s really bad… really disappointing experience…
I guess it because you have different cooks but lately they have been nasty and hard. The wing stop on Kirkman Rd. Will not go to that location again even though it’s close to where I stay.
