They got my order completely wrong, ordered 15 original hot and 5 barbecue and they ended up switching them up. 15 barbecue and 5 original hot. They also completely forgot to add in my ranch and I had to go back and ask for my ranch. Highly recommend double checking your bag before you leave.
Gave me a burned bun on my chicken patty and drenched the whole bottom of the box with sauce. A chicken patty with a saggy bottom and a burned top. Horrible
Burnt yet soggy fries, microwave chicken could out do what I was served. Won't order again. Only reason I'm even giving two stars instead of 1 is the portion size was pretty good. Quantity = on point, Quality = definite pass, not good.
EXTREMELY rude cashiers and manager. They are inconsiderate and are always playing inappropriate gang related music in the store while customers are inside. Wingstop needs to start hiring people 21 and up. I ordered lemon pepper wings that were completely burned and got chicken tenders with the sauce on top, they legit didn’t even bother to toss them. Go elsewhere, they have disgusting service.

Wish there was a "Zero" star option. The
"manager" working in the evening today (1/25/24) was very rude and unprofessional.
Worst service I've ever gotten. We never got our food and couldn't even get a refund. She laughed and said they weren't refunding me my money and hung up. Will definitely call again to get her name and send it to corporate since corporate was contacted due to the VERY POOR service we received.
This is my go to Wingstop but these last few orders I’ve gotten the fries don’t even look like fries..they’re all burnt and you can’t even enjoy them. Wings are good overall better if you get boneless you get your moneys worth because bone in barely have any meat..
The place is dirty and clearly unorganized. This is the second time I order and they get my order wrong/ am missing something. Out of all the locations this has to be the worst Wingstop! Please save your time and money you will absolutely regret coming here. Hopefully they shut the location down or restaff completely!
