The service here is absolutely disgusting. I placed an order online, and walked in the door which I thought would be an easy process, I walked into staff screaming at each other about what was going on. People were waiting so long for their orders, and there was no communication to customers that are just waiting there. I should not hear your managers, swear at one another, nor should we even hear what is going on behind the scenes. The fact that customer service is so hard to find these days is absolutely irritating. I would rather drive an hour to a Wingstop then return.
This branch has gotten my order wrong multiple times. On one occasion, they gave me boneless wings instead of tenders (they were out) but did not let me know and did not adjust the number to account for the decreased volume. They also forgot all of the dipping sauces we ordered. The staff have snapped at me and other customers. They are consistently out of drinks and the food is good but I'd recommend double checking your order before leaving the store.
Overall the wait time is long! No one will be greeting you at the registers. This is a place you need to place an order at, not go in and order. Not only that the app then says 20 mins and I show up 30 mins after expecting my food there's a line of like 4 people waiting already. Very poor management at this place.
Ordered the 2 garlic Parmesan tenders with fries combo and 8 garlic Parmesan pack bone in wings. My girls and husband enjoyed the flavor. Unfortunately, they forgot my husbands celery. I live quite a distance away so I wasn’t about to go back just for celery. My order was for take out so it’s difficult to rate the atmosphere. However, the restaurant looked clean and organized.
I waiting for my order almost 2 hours, this was on 4/6 at 10:25 pm. There was a women/lady in the restaurant (coworker) doing nothing just talking to customers about life ???? I know it because she speaks Spanish and I do too, look at the camera ???? if you like. All this happen when the kitchen workers were really busy and strolling ????
Don't go here unless you want to be yelled at and experience the worst service you can imagine. Also, food will take 45+ minutes longer, even if you ordered online for pickup. Managed to get doordash to refund my order after waiting for 30 minutes and explaining what was going on
Twice in a row our delivery order has missing items. We’ve paid for them and delivery person is not allowed to open the sealed bag. It feels as if the store is padding their sales and hoping no one notices or complains that the fries, chicken sandwich, etc are missing from the order. Tonight they left out our son’s sandwich which was highly disappointing to him. Poor form, Wing Stop.
We drove an hour to this location, stood in front of the counter to order for 30 minutes the women employee along with the other 3 male employees litterly made eye contact with us just about every minute and we were never asked A WORD! Terrible customer service I am appalled! Very disrespectful. Came in hungry left hungrier. I litterly couldn't belive how they all completely just ignored us didn't ask if we were all set NOTHING. I belive the 2.4 rating now I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but when you have terrible customer service the food isn't going to be any better.
