I ordered a 10 piece wings combo with fries and a bottle water. My sauces was lemon pepper and hickory BBQ. The wings was great, but I could not enjoy them. The amount of grease that was on my lemon was a ridiculous. I asked them do they drain their wings they told me it was a butter sauce added to my wings I did not ask for. Plus I'm dairy free and did not need the butter.They refunded my money back no problem, but the inconvenience of having to go some where else was terrible.
Very bad experience at this Wing stop, I had ordered food to go. I got there exactly when the app said my food was ready. I checked my bag and my fries were cold, I then asked the manager Carlos for fresh fries but he looked bothered at the request. I got warm fries but they were so big they weren’t even cooked all the way through or cut correctly and it wasn’t a LG order of fries. My wings were also cold, it was a let down, it wasn’t even busy.
Be aware if you call in an order, they will not prepare it until you arrive. I was told 1 hour, then when I arrived, i had to wait another 50 minutes. It’s about paying ahead, they should inform you, that the food will not be prepared unless you pay ahead. And when I asked the staff about why it wasn’t ready, they were so nonchalant, really had no answer??? Totally ridiculous!! I’m beyond pissed. It’s called fast food and called a call in for a reason..
Please do not even bother with this location. They’re lazy and rude. I have never gotten wings SO dry and the fries are completely covered in salt. Absolutely ridiculous & the order is incorrect.
One of the more sketchy locations to pick stuff up. Always... Interesting folk in or near this place. The staff are lovely and they do their jobs amazingly. It's the SPOT that gets a 3 nothing else.
The service and the atmosphere is like you use to see everywhere else, the food is delicious and the fries is natural and yummy
This location is the worst. I alway buy wingstop and i will specifically request that they make sure to cover all the wings with the sauce. Some of the wings don’t even have sauce on them. The order is always missing something. Save your money and energy and choose another wingstop.
What an amazing place, from when I place the order on the app until I had it in my hands, was a total of 10 minutes. Talk about efficiency, the staff was friendly and amazing as well! Great Job Wing Stop!! Def making it a frequent stop, I'm in the neighborhood so feel free to invite me over for dinner from time to time! Lol ????
