A member of staff gave me a helpful suggestion and I received service promptly. Also, I like the location, though I don't live near the chemist.
This pharmacy used to be very average, but a new owner/manager took over the business few months ago, and since then the quality of service and attitude of the staff have improved significantly. I am extremely pleased with my recent experiences at Windwood. A wonderful and much needed addition to our community.

All the staff are absolutely amazing! They always remember me when I go in. They manage my medication into dosette boxes. All staff are very informative and always provide the best advice for your health, questions and concerns. I would recommend this chemist to anyone and everyone who lives near them!
That woman on the counter is so rude, say good morning to her politely and they reply is 'Yes?' So unfriendly! She would do well at border control. I don't know why I bother going in there, I very rarely do. Also overpriced, they don't do proper Vat receipts and the attitude is 'you need us we don't need you kind of thing'. The other bad reviews say it all.
I use Winwood almost weekly for prescriptions and purchases. All the staff are kind and considerate, and extremely knowledgeable. They always go out of their way to make sure I have what I need and they are exceptionally sweet to my children too. Brilliant neighbourhood pharmacy with kind and caring staff.
was offered flu jab by Frenchy and my wife and I took up her offer. The pharmacist jabbed us very promptly - no waiting no fuss. Been coming here for years and always been looked after with care and kindness
