Kind staff who know the car trade very well. Always great service and advice. Great at getting your car MOT done really quickly. Recommend getting car in early as it helps their car service and you get the car quickly and efficiently.
There aren't words suitable for how grateful I am to the true gentlemen at Windsor garage. Whilst holidaying in North Wales my car started making a very loud noise which did not sound good. I rang round a number of garages in North Wales who had no space for anything from a week up to a month. The gentleman I spoke to at Windsor was similarly busy but agreed to look at the car for me at 4pm yesterday. The gentleman I met there got to work straight away, found the problem and talked about the options as well as a work around as we were due to go home tomorrow and he felt it was not safe to do so. He then put the car back together for me as I was based a 40 minute drive away in a remote farmhouse. Today i brought the car back and got a call at 2pm to tell me the car was ready and fixed as well as a very fair price for doing so. Thank you so so much. Highly recommended.
I have taken my vehicles to this garage for service and mot for quite a few years and the friendliness and service is second to none.
Price is good but the main thing is that they're honest when it comes to the vehicle, I've had a problem with one in the past and was told by the garage that it wasn't economical to repair despite the fact that I wanted to spend money on the sentimental car.
I took my car to Windsor garage last week for an mot, I arrived at about 10.00am and received a phone call from them at 12.00pm to say that the car was ready. You really can't get better service than that, In my opinion.
Very pleased as always my car part ordered & fitted very quickly. Saw me at short notice as my car window switch was faulty can only thank the staff & recomend them. ????
Take my car here for MOT, service and anything else that goes wrong with it. Great garage and very helpful and they like biscuits to dip in their tea.
