I rate this garage zero stars but I couldn’t delete the 1 star above!! Please avoid this mechanic! I had a very bad experience. I bought all the oil for my 2 cars and filter air and filter diesel. I bought everything myself and his work he charged me £60 for oil and £60 to check on the computer for faults and to to delete service B5 overdue. But he didn't know how to delete the B5 overdue on the computer. He told me to go to another mechanic to do it. I checked on utube when I went home how to delete the B5 and it's easy so I deleted it myself.
He charged me (£24) tax. That's totals £144 for each car totalling £288 which I paid cash.
I left the first car and he told me it would be finished in 1 hour. When I went to collect the first car it wasn't finished so I'd left my other car to be serviced. I waited 4 hours at the garage for my cars and they said theyre still not finished. After 6 hours he told me I can't delete the B5 via the computer.
when I went home and checked the oil, the blue car hasn't been changed as you can see in the pictures.
I saw the mechanic change the oil in the black car but then the mechanic asked me to leave the garage therefore i didn’t see the oil being changed in the blue car.
And also they recorded on the receipt the wrong mileage by almost 1000 miles more for the black car!! and 2000 miles less for the blue car!!!!! Please see the photos for evidence!
My black car had 102669 miles and the blue car had 78114 miles.
he charged me a total of £288!!!
This is a complete rip off!! Avoid this garage!!!!!!
An injector went in my car on the M1 on the way to Belfast International Airport this afternoon. I managed to get to the car to the airport carpark and got in touch with Windsor Auto Services and Mark came to tow me from the airport to the garage. Peter kept in touch with me to reassure that Mark was on route and when I reached the garage they began working on my car very quickly. They had a new injector inserted and I was back on the road within an hour of reaching the garage. I found the boys all very friendly and warm considering I wasn’t a local. I would highly recommend their services. There aren’t too many places that put out for a non regular on a Friday afternoon/evening and work until after 7.30pm. Thanks so much lads. Keep up the great work. 10/10 service.
Great service from Windsor Auto Services. Extremely friendly and professional, they diagnosed the issue with my car and had it fixed in the space of half an hour. Would happily recommend them for any car related issues (and follow their recs for coffee shops as well!)
Complete ripoff, £108 for a ball joint and 1hrs labour and a lost wheel lock nut that is going to cost £128 to drill out all four lock nuts. Zero stars was not an option. Go to at your own risk!
Quality service from the team at Windsor autos friendly efficient and very reasonably priced considering my previous experience I have had especially being a walk in with out a booking but il not be going past the boys at Windsor finally a decent work shop I can really trust in top notch lads highly recommend
Really really bad experience the mechanic,s over there don't know anything about cars they Gona create more trouble and problems in your car one of the guy there said your car has alternator problem changed my car battery put new alternator and not sorted out the issue and when he couldn't fixed it start blaming euro parts and charged me £400 and then i found a local mechanic who just put simple £6 pound belt and issue sorted

You said the alternator voltage was not capable to charge battery and battery was low even I tried to speak with you there but you couldn't hear overthere at that time
When the belt was not working properly on alternator how you supposed to think it will rotate the alternator and generator for proper voltage to charge battery you installed new battery and changed 2 times alternator even I bet my older one was working perfectly and you have wasted my 10 working days on just this one hour job please don't play with people money and time if you don't know how to work
I have posted about the dilemma i have had with Peter. Remember my range rover, it had to be towed to London from Belfast. I was horrified to find out they ripped my parts off, the rangerover headlights costing £400 and my bumper. Im certain he sold them otherwise, why would they be missing when he recovered the vehicle in one piece. Now its in pieces
