I'm sure it's good if you can get an appointment, but as I can't ever seem to get one I wouldn't know. This surgery is not equipped to deal with the volume of patients in a large and ever increasing area.
Previously i would have given a 5 star but wwi was treated so.unjustly on Monday 26 February in fact it was quite cruel.
My appointment was at.2.10pm
I dont drive and had to walk which i find painful.

I was too exhausted to argue and said it had made me depressed.
Went for a blood test this morning which I always dread as I am scared of needles, (foolish I know)and saw a new lady, I think called Wendy, she was just amazing didn’t feel a thing and came out feeling great, so Thank you Wendy shall ask for you next time
40 mins waiting on the phone, spoke to a receptionist who passed me to a pharmacist (who you can't call directly) and they hung up on me without discussing my other query (I told them I had two queries) no online query form either...
I moved to Windmill Surgery many years ago from another local surgery.
I have found all the front of house staff to be pleasant and helpful.
The GPs are again knowledgeable and accommodating.
So glad I changed to them.
Feel extremely lucky to have this surgery. They are always so speedy to reply to the online form or to answer the phone and I have only ever had excellent experiences with the doctors and nurses. Receptionists are always helpful and polite too.
like every surgery it seems to be under a lot more pressure of late but non the less staff remain kind, patient and pleasant . When you do see a doctor it is generally a good experience, overall I think it is a great practice working hard in challenging times
Amazing surgery!! Receptionists are kind and friendly and as are the drs. They try there hardest to get u a same day appointment and I like that the phone line is engaged rather than being 50plus in a queue when you can't get through. Keep up the amazing work
