Polite staff and friendly but can be a very long wait sometimes which is understandable as they are really busy.

This pharmacy is great. All pharmacies are under pressure these days with a heavy work load and all are struggling to get hold of some medications but even with these problems the staff at this pharmacy deliver a friendly efficient service. They work tirelessly to try to resolve any problems that may arise when processing my prescription with a calm professional demeanor. I can't recommend them highly enough.

From my own experience your waiting times are ridiculous for picking up a prescription. I was told 15mins and spent an 1hr waiting, by that point everyone who came in after me got their prescription before me. Also, you need to make sure that your Google page opening hours match when you are actually open, especially for bank Holidays. Wasted time walking down for a prescription because opening times said you were open and you werent.
