Visiting Brynmawr and left my Hydrocortisone cream at home. Tried to get some from this Pharmacy but was refused as I did not have a prescription. However the product I wanted, was available across the counter, as well as online. I explained I had used it before and that my GP had prescribed it previously.. but still refused to be able to obtain some cream. So I was left with no solution or even a suggestion on what to do. ????????
As an NHS employee of 17 years I was very disappointed with the lack of empathy or help for my situation.
Lovely pharmacy. Always quick and helpful. Always has nice gifts too! Staff are very helpful and very nice. I came in with my son before as he cut his arm open on a shutter and they quickly took him out the back and cleaned It up and dressed it before I took him to the hospital.
This Pharmacy have provided a first class service throughout this pandemic, staff have remained courteous and helpful and always ready to go the extra mile.
Prescriptions are ordered on behalf of the customer, dispensed and ready to collect within four days,they also deliver to our most vulnerable.
The pharmacy is typically a community pharmacy and there for the community with a wide range of services
available, Minor ailments being one of them which saves the time of seeing GP.
Family run business and highly recommended.

Popped in for some eye drops for my son. Very helpful & the drops I was advised to buy worked very quickly. Nice big shop with lots of products on sale.
It’s only two months since I swapped to this Chemist and I’m so pleased that I did it’s like a breath of fresh air , I’ve gone from my old chemist “the other one in this town “ were I had loads of issues to no issues whatsoever , I can’t thank them enough
