I highly recommend Williams Garage, I was in such a pickle when my oil light decided to come on and had no idea what to do. Embarrassing I know, however they were superb, so friendly, helpful and they went out of their way to help me! I felt it was only right to shout their praises where they are due. So thank you again! ???? If I could give more than 5 stars I would ✨️
My family only use this garage, first time I've personally used for MOT, MOT was done 9am, and failed, all remedial work completed on the same day, and retested. Lady on the phones is really nice. The fact the garage is on my door step will use them hereon for any work which needs doing, besides I think it's best to use business local to you, especially in this climate

The staff were extremely helpful and did their very best to assist me even though I could see for myself at reception how busy they were. I needed to leave my car overnight in Caister after a front tyre blowout, I explained the situation and the mechanics straight away started making phone calls to see if they could find 2 tyres for me as my rear tyre was also damaged, fortunately they located some and made the arrangements to fit them.
i also had a problem with my key card and once again this was resolved by the garage.
I normally only like posting good reviews but after using williams and my family and friends use williams for many many yrs they were always really good until last yr, they did our m.o.t, it failed, needed a new coil, we thought it was weird after they replaced cos it kept clonking when turning we assumed it was just because it was new,now its got so bad we got it checked in at the nearest garage and they have told us it wasnt fitted properly and they offered to fix, so naturally especially when u have a child in the car, u wnt it fixed asap, afterwards we called williams to let them know, and instead of apologising for their mistake they told us they cant do anything because we had someone else fix it so their warranty wont cover. now uve not just lost us but all my friends and family will be warned that this happened and as much as i cant fault any of their previous visits this 1 mishap has lost my custom all cos of basic courtesy and customer service and we have paperwork of the replacement and the fix stating it was incorrectly placed too and i will be considering legal advice as we paid for a service we didnt recieve

Came here on holiday and my engine warning light came on. I got booked in no problems and they fixed my car with ease. Brilliantly priced. The receptionist was lovely and so was the mechanic. Really couldn't fault them. So friendly.
Just had my car MOT done today, I have used this garage 3 times now and have received the best service. My cars have been well looked after by knowledgeable mechanics and very pleasant receptionists. Will be going back again when needed 5*
