My daughter needed a garage that was close to her college so that she could drop it off while it had its MOT. After doing a bit of googling, I found this place as it had great reviews and it certainly didn’t let me down. Even though they were short-staffed, Julian fit my daughter in to have her car MOTed that day and kept her up-to-date with what was going on. Fast, efficient and a very friendly service makes me highly recommend this garage and I will be looking to use it myself when needed. Thanks again.
Julian and the team were extremely helpful and focused on squeezing me in when I had an emergency despite being very busy. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone as they were very fair and transparent during the whole process. A pleasure to deal with, and I would not hesitate to return if I lived locally.
Our car broke down in the drive with a horrible grinding noise and a punctured tyre, and was undriveable. Popped up to William Jones Ltd where Pete said me it was a broken coil spring 100%. They have no recovery vehicles but told me if I got it to them they'd repair it.
When I got the car to the garage it they had to move a van off the ramp to fit me in because it could only be unloaded in a straight line.
Julian ordered all the parts and it was back with us mid morning the following day.
Absolutely exceptional and courteous service, will be going there for all our future motoring requirements.
Absolutely fantastic these guys are - Probably the most honest and trustworthy garage we have come across for a long, long time. Had our car serviced and MOT'd there for a number of years now and must say, they are outstanding in terms of workmanship and value for money. Thank you!
The guys know what they are doing and their prices are excellent value. They will not make up a problem and if they do find an issue they will contact you and show it to you first hand if you wish.
I've never known them to use cheap parts to do a job, they will strive to get the best price for the most suitable part. Julian is a genuine guy and the rest of his guys are extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Brilliant garage. Needed my brakes repairing and although they were obviously very busy, still managed to squeeze me in. What was a nice surprise was the very reasonable cost of the repair. Will be going again.
