Out and about for a walk in Newport. Getting some provisions. Staying at a local campsite. All food in this shop is organic. A good selection of many products from fresh fruit and veg, Cheese, pickles, icecreem, Dried teas and coffees. To many to list. Well worth a visit. Very welcoming and polite staff. Can't do enough for you. There is a section at the back with locally made products. Toys, clothes and nicknacks... lovely smell in the shop of incense.. Will be going again and would recommend. Thanks guys.
Well stocked and reasonably-priced, but a little chaotic, and not exactly friendly or knowledgeable service. The toasted sandwich I bought to take away took a long time to prepare and was extremely poor - a slimy layer of half-cooked tomatoes and onions with one slice of mozzarella. I definitely would not return.
This shop is neither friendly nor inclusive. In particular, I have observed that it is not tolerant of people with disabilities and I would, therefore, recommend that you avoid going there if you like shopping in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff have certainly lost my custom.
Brilliant place, fantastic vegetarian food options like scotch eggs, homemade sausage and the quiches are to die for ! Really friendly staff too. Highly recommended !
Would not refund bottle charge for milk bottles, as I couldn’t remember whether these exact bottles had been bought in this shop. Other shops, eg the butchers in Newport, refund the bottle charge without any discussion.
