Had a friend reach out to my after an uneven solid haircut she received. It was uneven, when the stylist was made aware of how upset her client was she then “fixed it” making it look choppy and more uneven. Refusing a refund, and stating she hadn’t messed it up. As a stylist myself who has made mistakes, it is always better to own up and ask for advice when unsure. Extremely frustrated for my friend (the client) and disappointed in the salon for not stepping up even after the client made them aware of her needs.
Love my new cut, color, and style by Emily!! This is my first time to get colored in a salon and had a wonderful experience. Thank you Emily for taking your time, answering my many questions about taking care of my color, and for your product recommendations!! You and the whole team there in the salon are great.
