This is the worst firm ever to pass your job onto for commercial leases.
I have been trying to get my work done, but there was no form of communication from them. It seems that they are an unprofessional and lazy firm. Looks like they are only open to a certain type of clientele which suits their purposes. The lady at the reception had a very rude attitude towards me ignoring my request to see a solicitor regarding my case. The firm should receive training on customer service. If possible, I would not give it a star at all. For the well being of the society, I do not recommend people to use this firm.
Very poor communication and customer service.
It appears they have taken on a lot of clients and as a result they have heavily compromised the level of service and time they are able to dedicate to each case.
I attempted to bring up these issues with them but they were unwilling to engage in a civil manner. As mentioned by another reviewer, the main solicitors are difficult to reach.
To make matters worse, they charge comparably more than other firms.
I ended up paying them because I could no longer tolerate their unacceptable behaviour.
A very valuable lesson learned.

I instructed Izhar on my conveyancing matter and he was at all times professional, courteous, and always available on the phone when needed. My matter wasn’t so straightforward as the top of the chain was being very difficult and demanding- he fought my case hard and completed on the house in the end despite the threats from the chain above. I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again. It’s worth paying a bit more for a tension free solicitor particularly when it comes to conveyancing.
Appalling service, poor communication, overpriced & deceiving. I had so many problems with this firm and I will not recommend them to anyone. It was almost impossible to get a hold of the lawyer dealing with my case. It took me more than a week before I got through to the person dealing with my case. The firm failed to update me on crucial information and I was booked into signing completion papers without even being notified of the meeting. I was also persuaded and tricked into doing exchange and completion on the same day when it was absolutely not necessary and I found out why that was when I received their final invoice. Staff are unbelievably rude and do not possess the basic customer service skills. It's definitely a family and friends only law firm.
Awful law firm. Their negligence almost completely sabotaged a recent house move. Contracts were exchanged and a completion date agreed before they were properly prepared to proceed. Whilst the chain was in meltdown FOR DAYS they would not communicate with anyone. The fallout is continuing with expenses being claimed throughout the chain through small claims court as a result of this delay.
