Good Service
Some staff greet you with a smile but there is the odd sour faced one too! it's never really busy everytime I've been in there, more often than not I've been the only customer waiting to pick a prescription up but they seem to take such a long time compared to any other pharmacy's. I only use it if I've missed other pharmacies being open as this one is open till late.
Friendly ,knowledgable and very helpful staff(monique,leane and tracy in no order)lol.i have been using late night since they opened and would higgly reccomend them always try there upmost to help.
i was having a peanut allergic reaction to medication the doctors prescribed me(I have been allergic since birth) . I was on hold to 111 for 40 minutes before speaking to someone, they said a doctor would call me soon. didnt get a call so I called the late night pharmacy sophia very helpful 10/10
Been using this place for the last several months. Staff vary from friendly and helpful to sullen and useless.
Repeatedly I've been given partial prescriptions, come back as told only to find medicines weren't ordered or weren't delivered. Sometimes it's taken repeated visits over a week to get everything. Several times I've been told that my medicines were there the previous visit and they don't know why I wasn't given them. One time the staff member was complaining about my double barreled name, so it was my fault I hadn't been given my meds.
Further I've had repeated problems with promises that medicines would be delivered that all ended in me having to return to collect them. We've had no shows, drivers coming to the broken door they were told to avoid, then leaving before my partner could get to them, and even apparent deliveries after I had gone back and collected my meds (but the guy only gave me some them and "didn't check the special box" for controlled drugs) was told there were no more then they continued to try to deliver them but never told me. This lead to me spending days searching for the missing pills assuming they were right and I had somehow lost them, then I had to go to my Doctor and apologize for losing them.
I have made several complaints and was told each time that a manager would call me to sort it, but this never happened. Today, I was told that my complaint was never passed on. I'm fed up.
Best Pharmacy in Whitehaven by quite some way. Despite some frustrations with waiting times I'm quite loyal to it as the staff are so good and friendly. On the occassion I've consulted the Pharmacists they've been good. If you add in free home delivery and extended opening hours it's a slam dunk.
Really grate service staff always friendely and helpful always there to help and go all out for you
