It's a great parking lot, it's right where you want to park for all of what you want to see and do in Red Bank. After a certain hour parking is free. But check the signs for this. Because the ticketing person is watching you and they will jump right on your car with a nice size ticket the minute you walk away.
Easy access and very inexpensive. Get the app so you can top off remotely if necessary!
Got a $38 ticket for backing into a spot. I think that's ridiculous.

Over priced. Crowded. Poorly maintained. Should have a parking garage on site to ease congestion.
