My dad has been using White's RV for years and recommended them. So based on that recommendation I took my RV there to have the propane system checked. My dad has said they do good work at reasonable rates. That may be true for long time customers but for a new customer, I'm not so sure. It was difficult to get in and took several days after the scheduled date before it was actually looked. When it was looked at, I never received a call that it was done or asked if I wanted the propane tank refilled. I was charged for 1.5 hours of labor which seems like a long time for them to actively spend pressure testing the system.
Conclusion, service may be "good" but I have to rate my experience fair. Not sure they'd be first on my list next time I need an RV repair.
$140 that's what he charges. Just thought someone should say it. We asked and asked, nothing, until we got a bill. OMG We got our trailer out as soon as possible. It was there for nearly 2 months with no info even after several attempts. Finally got back to us with an outrageous bill. Never again.
Quality of work is great but, Asked for an estimate on my trailer that just needed wire ran and a new plug on my pickup truck , i was told i would be called the next day. I did not receive a call so i thought i would go and check on it and see what was going on. The owner was under my truck almost finished with the job i did not approve of. I asked for a ballpark price at this time not demanding an exact price. The man ignorred me and continued working. Upon pickup i was insulted on my trailer and how it was made. (For the record im a young man starting my own buisness so cutting costs to get a decwnt trailer is a struggle. ) it took a total of 6 hours and roughly $160 for materials. I was charged over $700 for said job. Very over priced , bad communication , i will not be returning for further buisness. If an estimate is needed. I highly suggest you make that clear.
Really nice family running an recreational vehicle, RV, repair and parts store. We have taken our class b leisure travel van here a couple of times. Prices are comparable to others RV repair shops. Like others that have commented on this shop I'll say that you should have them walk you around everything they touched because they forget to put things back together. They are busy and they do try to fit everyone in for work but what ends up happening is they can't keep up with the load. They forget to hook my house batteries back-up and forgot to shutoff the drain they had opene on my TV on one occasion. If I hadn't had the tools with me I really would have been pit in a pickle. But as I said, really nice people.
Being a newer RV owner, White's Service "squeezed" me in, fixed my refrigerator, looked over my camper. Did what they said, when they said it would be done, and were reasonable in pricing. Told me what else would have to be done and I will use them again. Very Pleased! Thanks!
Towed a trailer to that shop for a friend with a heater problem. The owner looked at it right away, diagnosed the problem fast and kept the trailer for repair. Looks like a well run facility, large parking areas. Many trailers and motor homes there for service. Would highly recommend this shop.
I want to thank jack for doing a answome Job on our trailer. He was very knowable. Friendly. He had it in and out in just 2 days. Couldnt be happier. Again thxs . Highly recommend him
We have been going to Whites since 2007. They do great work for a reasonable price and Jack and Terry are always so pleasant to work with
