Best in the city, Locally owned family business. Always honest, fair, and very knowledgeable. Prices are always reasonable. Good good people. We have been going here for years and never had any reasons to complain.
Most honest mechanic if there ever was one! And he will give you a jolly good laugh while they fix your ????! recommend 100%
Mr.White provided quote over the phone and charged me exactly what he had quoted per each item . He did not pad the hours, nor did he throw in any extra charges. The price was more reasonable than in most places, which made it possible for me to have all shocks replaced and front wheel bearings repacked.
Unfortunately, I could not get my brakes replaced, as my rotors needed turned, and they did not have a working lathe. I also chose to have a steering component replaced at a different place, which had alignment equipment. I would have preferred to have all of that work done at the same place. Hence is the 4 stars.
Tim and staff are the best. Speedy work and fair prices. My car is always ready when they say it will be. And they usually charge a little less than the estimate. They don't try to talk you into anything you don't need and the are great at listening and getting to the root of the problem.
Owner Tim was extremely capable of repairing my car and troubleshooting to determine solution versus other shops who do what they think and then get money and offer to do more work that is unnecessary. I would strongly recommend Whote Automotive to anyone seeking a reputable HONEST mechanic.
Went there about a month and a half ago for an inspection, service for an engine oil leak, and to replace a tire. Took more than a full day just for the inspection and didn't call me when they were finished. They didn't do anything other than steal my valve cover gaskets that I had in my car. Dont go here.
Tim does great work! And very quick I wasn't in a rush and got a call the very next day that the car was ready and done at a decent shop rate.
