I was broken down in my diesel motorhome a few days after Christmas. The owner of White’s and Zeb came over 30 miles and determined it was the starter on the Cummins engine. They worked til 1:30 am getting the starter off. They then had to find a starter. Later that day they showed up at about noon with a new starter. Within an hour, I was up and running. I could not have been happier with the service, and I highly recommend White’s for your diesel repair needs.

On Oc. 8 had a very bad fuel leak on our truck as we came into Vernon, TX. Called Whites diesel, they came out to check our truck. Drove 7 miles into their shop. They repaired the split, high pressure fuel line. Advised that we also needed a new glow plug module, but they declined to replace this part. (Probably because it was 5pm.) On Oct. 12 we replaced the module ourselves. At this time it was noticed that a part on the top of the motor was missing. We called Chris to let him know about this missing part, and sent him a picture. We also sent him a picture from the internet of what the part was. We were assured that he would check the shop, and let us know. Next day we called him back, and he said he hadn’t been back to the shop since we called him the day before. As of Oct. 17, we have had no response from him. We ordered the cover that was left off, a $ 60.00 part. On a positives note, no diesel leaks, and the cost of repair seemed fair. At almost $100 an hour for labor, we expected all parts to be replaced, that were removed.

I went to this place to replace the air hose for fun;the Micanic guy he did good ???? job within 5 minutes I appreciate him;…..how ever the other guy may be his boss ,when I come to the payment…he changed me extremely un fair price $400 I asked him kindly could you please give me reasonable fair price? He started yelling at me & actioning to BEAT me; please guys be careful ❗️ when you going to this shop …and then make sure ask the price before they are doing…..please see the attached pic

Mechanic from this shop improperly installed brake drum on my trailer and it failed 2 days later.. Owner Chris ignores email and does not answer phone unless you leave a message. He only returns calls that will add to his bottom line. I do not want a refund. I just want him to know that it is bad for business and the motoring public to send out unqualified mechanics to work on air brakes of 18 wheelers.

Traveling to North Dakota from East Texas, 17hr into the drive my radiator blew. I cannot express what a true blessing it was to have these fine folks recommended by strangers to us. I have my wife and 5 yr old son with me. Once we figured out his car seat wasn't going in the wrecker, he said no worries hang on.. shortly after his wife and daughter pulled up in her SUV and loaded up my family and brought us to their shop where we met him with my truck, they allowed us to get our things from the truck and brought us to a hotel walking distance from the shop, she called ahead to the hotel to let them know she was bringing customers and made sure we received a discounted rate.. brought us to the door and helped unload our things.. needless to say my 5 yr old was wound up after a 20 hr day..she offered to bring him to see her horses and goats while the truck is being fixed..if I could have paid for the absolute best folks to run into in this situation I wouldn't have been so fortunate..God puts people in our lives for a reason..this was such an occasion.. terrible situation far from home and my family is resting now with the feeling of being well taken care of.. The owner, Chris White, gave my family and I excellent care during an unfortunate situation where our vehicle was stranded about 400 miles from home during the night. The towing service recommended we take our truck to Chris. And right from the start he kept us updated, checked on us, picked us up from the hotel, let us borrow his personal vehicle so our family could get something to eat, and let us sit in his lobby while our truck was serviced. He had reasonable pricing and genuinely took care of us during an unexpected situation! Thank you Chris!

Chris White and his folks at the shop, can't say enough about how pleased I am with their work. Took my ole pickup to Whites Auto he got me fix up good as new. And the cost of the repair not as much as I had planned for. Darn good service, very personable and easy to talk with.

Thanks for such a outstanding job, we need more service people in this town like these guys.

With My dad gassing up the RV and would not start i had no tools and no idea what's going on. Called Whites on a sat. and he was there about 20 minutes. Chris White got the RV going and on the road again, even suggested an repair and told me i could do it at home saving my dad money, unrelated to the current problem. Such service and honesty hard to find. Thanks for an outstanding job and prompt service.

We were having trouble with our diesel RV while in route to Dallas. We pulled over in Vernon and called White’s (after hours). Chris could not have been nicer, recommended an RV park for us to stay in and we met him next morning. Both Carey and Chris were very nice and great communicators. Chris helped us identify problem and resolve etc. All very honest and straightforward and fairly priced. Thank you Chris! You’re example of professionalism will help us as we conduct our business as well. ????
