This place is the best! And not because of the building or the parking lot but because of the people who run it. I'm passing through town on a cross-country trip and am having a mysterious issue with my van where MPG has dropped by a lot. Walked in and spoke to Shannon at the desk today. She was excellent at discussing options for troubleshooting the problem and knows a bunch about stuff under the hood. I left the van with them and they actually had their mechanic-in-training son Kyle drive me to my airbnb in Cotter down the road. Nice! A few hours later he picked me up again and I was then given the lowdown by Shannon's husband Will, who spent 20 minutes w/ me answering questions. He'd been able to figure out the problem whereas no prior recent mechanic was able to solve the confounding mystery - turns out I need a new catalytic converter. Darn thing was running red hot! If I remain in the area, I'll surely book an appt for them to do the needed surgery on my precious van. I couldn't recommend this place enough!
I came into town for a fishing trip and began having some car troubles. I was only in town for a few days and was not familiar with the area. Someone we knew recommended White River Auto, so I called them up to see if they could help me. I spoke to Shannon, and after a few minutes on the phone, she fit me into the schedule! They looked at my car the same day and got back to me very quickly. They were so helpful and communicative on what was going on with my vehicle, were quick to give me a quote, and even quicker tending to the repairs. While I was initially worried about how my car at the beginning of my trip, the team at White River Auto handled everything smoothly and gave me the opportunity to focus on and enjoy the rest of my trip. I cannot recommend them enough. They do great work! Thank you all so much!
