I was not very happy with the outcome.
Seven months before the wedding (November 4)I went in and signed a contract I was given the option on what limo I wanted to carry my wedding party. I did partial payments, and had it paid a month before the date I spoke to the office frequently to ask different questions on dues and don’t. The day I picked my keys up I was told that they had bad news. The limo that I had picked was no longer available. They had found this out two weeks before and not once was I notified. I asked the lady why now when tomorrow is the wedding she said there was a sprinter van available that fits 12/13 people and they could take half the party and drop it off and then come back for the other half. I was only using the limo to transport from the chapel to the area where we were taking pictures I asked, how can I separate the party The response was, I’m not sure. I asked for a separate vehicle which I got. I was told that the limo was free which in the price you know we were charged for it.
* The evening came I called the number after hours and let them know that their ceiling was leaking, and there was water all over one of the tables/floors and all the decorations. The AC eventually stopped working. I tried to call back and there was no answer. I had no idea on how to turn ceiling fans on so I left a message. The ceiling fans eventually came on, all my party had moved to the alley. Then I told the DJ at 11 to go ahead and put up. We were calling it a night half of everyone had already left. It was too hot. my cake also started to melt. so I was A little upset. Ashley has been amazing , and to help in every way she can. I also know that things happen.
White knights did a great job! My daughter rented out the pearl Escalade for her birthday party. They had a blast! Very professional setting when went to office to reserve, best price I could find around town. Thank you White Knights for helping make my daughters birthday a night to remember!
We had a Christmas light tour and our driver Danny was amazing! He was so accommodating and friendly about our nightly plans. The limo was clean and seated everyone comfortably. Prior to our reservation, the girls in the office called to confirm a couple days before to make sure all details were correct and if I had any questions regarding our reservation. Looking forward to booking for future occasions. Thank you White Knights.
I definitely give this place 5 stars! Everyone was so sweet with the 1000 questions i had, as this was my first time taking my kids to see Christmas lights in a limousine, Ashley was very helpful and was so sweet to me and the kids she made our evening very special and very smooth and we all had such a blast! I highly recommend this place for events!
I was fully prepared to give 2 stars based solely on the driver & timing. But after Gary called and apologized, he definitely saved this review. He handled the situation with complete professionalism. That is something we appreciate. So because of that, we understand things happen but are grateful to Gary for redeeming their service.
Had a terrific time and a very good experience with them we went to see the Christmas lights and my boys had so much fun. They worked well with us when it came to having our toddlers on the ride around Lubbock.
Stay away from place. This company's service is appailling waited for over 30 minutes for a no-show limo is beyond frustrating. After being told they were just minutes away and still not arriving, the company overbooked with no alternative limos available. The worst is that we paid twice for the same service and still a no show. It's a clear warning to avoid to avoid this company at all costs due tothir unreallibility and lack of accountability.
The experience of waiting endlessly, being given false assurances, and then facing overbooking without any viable solutions is incredibly disappointing. Stay aways from this companyto prevent experiencing similar problems and avoid the overcharges.
The rep who helped us Ash was amazing and very informative! We enjoyed their services very much and will use them again!
