White and Guard were fantastic while we were looking for a property, we went through many viewings with them and when we felt like we couldn't find anything they were determined to find us our home. They remained in touch after unsuccessful viewings and steadily sent new properties that suited us.
We've not felt pressured or pushed like you do with the bigger names at any point of the process, White and Guard always put a huge emphasis on our purchase being 100% right that we felt incredibly supported in our search.
The communication from them has been incredible throughout the process and we've had such a fantastic experience with each agent at the viewings. Major shout out to Lee from the team for his excellent communication throughout the process with us!
From start to finish the service was excellent. Each buyer the negotiator showed around the house wanted it, which was a perfect position to be in for offers. Claire Southall negotiated the price for me perfectly.
I am quite happy with the Service provided by White & Guard, Bishops Waltham. The sales progression team, especially Audrey, was amazing!. She did everything smoothly and her communication was fantastic. This made our life easier during the painful process. From start to finish I have been very impressed with the service provided by White & Guard. We initially dealt with Michaela who showed us around our soon to be new home, she was very friendly and informative. Since the sale was agreed Leanna has been taking care of everything and keeping me updated by email and phone regularly which is very important to me as I like to know exactly what’s going on.
Thank you so much for being such easy and friendly people to deal with & if we decide to move again (of course not in the near future) we would definitely be interested in using W&G. We will be recommending to friends & family also!
