This is nasty work. First time trying White Castle, got the classic slider combo. When I say it was barely food I mean it. They took the sliders, tossed them in the microwave which got the buns soggier than a wet rag, then tossed it in a bag and said here you go. I ate the fries, sliders will end up in the landfill where they belong. To elaborate, the bun was so wet that when you tried to pick it up it would disintegrate into the packaging. It was like trying to scoop up wet sand. Meat looked like it’s been frozen for far too long. Don’t waste the money when there’s much better food options right down the street.
White Castle is always good. You just have to go when they cooking your food right? Because sometimes they don't fix it right? Make sure you look in your back when you get the breakfast because they didn't put the toast. They just put my bread with a look like it was a little trying to toast but didn't and then when I got home my sandwich was just flopping down so I like my toes but the hamburgers over there are good. The cheeseburgers are good and everything else is good so have a great day at White castles
The car in front of me was sitting waiting to make an order, before me, for 10 minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes in the drive through, my order was not taken! I was hoping to have food, while waiting for my air port pick up. I had to pick my daughter with no sliders. This is not fast food, it's terrible service! I should of gone to Micky's D. VERY POURLY MANAGED WHITE CHASTLES. There are much better FAST food places in the area.
The fish dippers were decent.
My chocolate shake wasn’t the best.
Fries weren’t seasoned. The first burger had some hard white substance. Like enamel. Gross and weird. I didn’t eat the rest of the burgers.
How the heck do they make money in this place? U gotta give it self like 30 min at night to order & wait in line. They need better workers or this place won't be around for ever, this is all time in any one u go.
I know this is a cult classic but the food is just subpar.
Had an original slider and a cheese slider, and on both the buns were soggy to the point they dissolved all over my fingers.
The cheese slider had a bit better taste, while the original just didn’t do it for me at all.
Bathrooms were sketchy at this location right by Midway airport.
Great fast food..12 15 23...got 3 1922 burgers Monday night 11pm..bread and meat dry.lettuce soggy and black on the ends.must of been sitting...went this wednesday after noon.just got 3 plain sliders.barely any onions and half a pickle on one.one pickle on the next..be consistent and make them proper.so disappointed.love white castles but maybe 79th and Harlem. Next time.i will go back I'm sure 3 straight disappointments shouldn't happen.
This is the SLOWEST fast food you will ever visit. Forget going during the weekend at night. Be prepared to wait 25 minutes to order and get food through drive thru. It’s always like this. What can possibly be the problem that can’t be fixed? Must be bad management.
EDIT: It's good now, its actually great now. I hope I don't have to come back to change it again!
