A long line at the drive through almost stopped me from getting anything here at lunchtime, but I’m glad I decided to go for it. The line moved quickly. My order was accurate, and my food was fresh and delicious.
Service is slow but I've not had fast White Castle service anywhere for 20 years. The employees were kind and helpful and they got the order right.
The 1921 burger was prepared nicely.
I had the pleasure of watching an employee clean the dining room while I waited in the drive through line for over 30 minutes. Seems to me that the on duty manager could make better decisions on what his employees are doing. If you have 45 minutes to waste by all means go to this White Castle. In the amount of time I spent here in the drive through I could have gone to a sit down restaurant.
White Castle is a fast food joint that tiny tiny smash burgers, so one must consume many to satisfy appitite. Taste of onions is barely noticeable (few slivers if any in the slider). Yet for some reason it is hyped by a fair number of folks.
Service is as fast as most fast food and atmosphere is just plain. So either you love the sliders or you like me .. They just to curb hunger pang.
The service was a little slow, but that certainly wasn't the fault of staff. They were very short handed, and let us know as soon as we walked in that they had 65 sliders before they could even start our order. They were very friendly and made everything as quickly as they could.
Would definitely recommend and will do our best to go back (we're not from the local area).
Very rude service, I had got 2 white castle & they we're very wet I asked if they could make it fresh, they just gave me my money back, I didn't want my money back I wanted fresh burgers, this is the only white castle I been to where they serve wet cheeseburgers, manger was rude & said all of them are like that. When I asked for fresh burgers he went straight to cash register & gave me about $2 & all I wanted was a good white caste burger with out the bun wet
The food is what you would expect from a white castle so I didn’t go in with high expectations, but it wasn’t as great as I thought it would be for the price that they charge. The gentleman at the register couldn’t seem like he didn’t want to be there anymore, not to mention the gentlemen work in the fryer eating cheese sticks out of the basket. Wanted to try it because I was in town, but there are some serious healthcare violations in this place.
The BIG fat broad at the drive thru had the personality of a door knob. The cheese sticks were not heated thoroughly. She must have been one of those Welfare to work people.
