Who came first, Krystal or White Castle? I had the little burger with caramelized onions and it was really good (hold the lettuce next time), onion petals and large chocolate shake. That shake was H-U-G-E! and worth every penny.
First, I waited 10 minutes at the speaker just to order with only one car in front of me. Another 15 minutes just to pay and get my food and the whole time the cashier lady was on her phone. They messed my order up after I waited all this time. I had to pull back around. Wait another 20 minutes for them to make three bacon jalapeno sliders I get it. I ordered a crave case as well with two large onion chips, onion chips or so burnt. Couldn't even eat them. I didn't bother to go back around for those will not be there again...
Went there pretty early in the morning Around four they were open still serving dinner items which was a plus. Other than that I mean it's got average wait time staff that's not overly friendly just kind of normal just working their job not bad but not extraordinary either would recommend for a quick bite if that's what you want
Bad experience. I ordered a combo four and combo five. With the 5 piece cheese stick I ordered the cheese sticks were smashed/flattened. With the small onion chip with the other meal, the box was the smallest box they have with hardly any onion chips in it. Like I didn't get what I was supposed to. Also for my two small drinks I asked for Sprite zero. I was given a Sprite Zero and a Coke. I told the drive thru worker I wanted Sprite Zero for both drinks. The drive thru worker gave me attitude and said they couldn't take the Coke drink back. I was given a Sprite Zero in place of the Coke drink, but with the Coke drink, I was stuck with something I didn't even want or order.
White Castle is always good. Always fresh, & hot. I just think the employees need to be trained more on their customer service skills. I use the drive thru due to the time of day I visit. If customer service was better, your sales during the day would be much higher...give your customers something to come back for!
My cheeseburgers were fresh and delicious even though I said NO ONIONS. I did find a few on 2 of them. But 2 out of 10 isn't horrible. I'll go there again and see what happens
Store manager waited on us and was very helpful. After we got our food we sat down to eat, the manager came out on the floor to conduct an interview. Part way thru interview he had to help out but found time to talk to some of the other customers and myself. Very nice man.
Not a bad location but not great. Rings tasted old and the cheese sticks seemed like they needed another minute
