Clean restaurant, Friendly staff, Fresh & Accurate food, well presented for our dining in!
White Castle has realigned their business even closing some stores, but this location is vibrant and healthy. From the grounds outside to the teamwork inside, this is a great example for White Castle to exhibit!
I will let the pictures tell it all..food was old..I was served like it was fresh ,,the waffle burned ..obviously they knew the food look like garbage and still put it right on the sandwich ..even after all the remodeling the food is trash..the window attendant is very nice but the food is absolutely trash!!! DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET SICK FROM OLD FOOD !!
You don't see this chain in North Carolina, so it's been awhile since I've had a White Castle slider. My first experience was in New York City some years ago. The sliders were great then. I was disappointed in my visit here, because the sliders I received looked nothing like those advertised. The burger was really wet and a little sloppy in texture with no flavor. This was site recently built as the previous restaurant was demolished. I've visited other stores before, but the food was nothing like this.
Nice friendly staff. Loved how they were wearing hairnets and everyone had headsets on so they were all able to communicate more effectively. Order was hot and there was little to no wait. It's what you should expect from a fast food restaurant. Food that's good and hot but delivered quickly.
The man at the window is very rude. No ice in drinks. Was rude when we asked for ice. Was told they have no ice. No ketchup or mustard. No refunds for hot drinks. They are always out of something yesterday Was out of cokes. Today asked. The woman could have said yes but we have no ice when ordering. I would have went elsewhere like yesterday when they had no coke.
Tried the new $5 bacon deal and was very impressed!!! I ordered 2 of the chicken bacon and ranch sandwiches, which were great and the fries are always fresh and hot!
I go here when I want fish. Great fish sandwiches. I usually get 2. Wife still likes the double hamburgers. Good for quick meal. Always has been clean with friendly service. Here again after the remodel and the place looks great. Still good food. Check out my pictures.
Extremely disappointing. Waited 15 minutes, inside. No service. They were only handling drive thru orders. Left and went to White Castle on Shelby. Service there was excellent.
