We were in town for my stepdaughter's marching band competition that happened back in November. First time being at a White Castle and it didn't disappoint. I got the classic sliders ????, Chicken ???? Sliders, & Fish Sliders. This might be the only time I get to be in a White Castle for a while, so I wanted a lot. We just happened to walk in, and some customer from the drive thru was starting something with one of the employees, but I was distracted me. Liked the food and the experience. I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in town again.

Guy that handed me my food didnt say one word. Food os COVERED in onions. Meat cold. Fries were good. Drink is i dont even know what its supposed to taste like. Watered down carbonation

This particular white castle was not organized or well managed. The soda machine which is suppose to have all flavors of coke products had no diet or zero sugar options. They had no lids out for there medium size cups and when I asked the young lady she informed me that they were out. It took another employee to go to the back and get the full box and refill the holder in the restaurant area. The kids enjoyed the food but the service and flow of ease of ordering and having what you need was not on point.

Surprisingly, very polite staff & the food was made pretty timely. The chicken & waffles were delicious & seared brown to perfection. The cheeseburger bundle was well made AND the staff offered extra packs of sauce. Kudos guys, kudos. (Not the best neighborhood, as there was a truck flipped upside down running the red light on Raymond & got T-Boned ... But nonetheless !)

After a long day at the Indianapolis 500, I decided to go through the drive-thru as I have not had anything to eat all day. I believe there were two or only three staff members working and they were flooded with tons of cars in the drive-thru. I'm okay waiting for food as I love White Castle and the ladies were pleasant and our order was delicious! Definitely must visit place if You're wanting food after the Indy 500 or in Indianapolis colts game!

Had lunch at this location today while in town for business.

Despite being horribly understaffed (3 staff for lunch crowd) the 3 working treat their customers with kindness and respect and should be highly commended for their work ethic.

Food was just right and as I remember growing up in Chicago going to White Castle (in PA now, we need White Castles in Gettysburg area:) )

The only negative remark would be toward Corp or franchisee for not having more help for this staff, especially during lunch rush.

Went here for lunch. The food was okay....it was hot and fresh. I don't know if it was the manager, shift supervisor or what but the lady working the drive thru was trying to explain a mistake she made and you can feel the tension and tell that the manager was irritated with the drive thru person. She made a comment about having be a mother at home then coming in and having to deal with "this" and that she needed a vacation. I thought that was very unnecessary in front of customers.
