The food was good and the staff is friendly. It just always takes a good half hour in the drive-thru. If not longer. They need more staffing, especially when the bars are closing to help these poor workers out. They get slammed and do the best they can. So thank you to those poor souls that are slaving away in there.
I frequent white castle because I LOVE there fish nibblers and fried clams( y'all should try them ).The service is up and down. Sometimes you get someone who has friendly service, and good customer service then there are times like on 5/15/24 when I went the lady at the window did not provide that same service. She looked unhappy, did not smile, and when she handed me my order I told her thank you and have a good night and she literally shut the window in my face while I was still talking. So because of that I gave 3 stars.

I have been going here for years. The last 3 times I have NOT gotten my full order. How can you visit 3 times in a row and have the same problem? Tonight it was cakes, charged but did not receive. 3 TIMES the order was charged and then not received. Shady practice.
Love their food. Stop by everything we're in town. Everything is very good. Chicken rings are better than anywhere else. Love their milkshakes.
I'm very unhappy with the handling of late night orders. After waiting for my food from Uber eats White Castle still got the order wrong. Missing items and all.... Lots to do better. I will not recommend anyone to order from there late at night....Smh
Recently visited since the one in our town burnt down. Place was extremely dirty. You could smell the drain next to the fountain machine. Overall atmosphere was poor. Employees didn’t seem happy and come off as tense or rude. Will not return.
I ordered through their mobile app thinking I would get my food quicker. I was wrong. I tried to go inside but the doors were locked. I went through the drive thru. Per the app, it said my food would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at the designated time. However, I waited an additional 25 minutes at the window. Then I check my food and I had items missing. Since the doors were locked I had to go back around the drive thru which took an additional 20 minutes to get to the window and get my food. I will never come here again.
So I like the food mostly. Their mozzarella sticks can be hit or miss. My thing is if you’re going to close the restaurant and be drive-through only perhaps take a sign out front to let us know that so we don’t walk up to the doors to find out.
